I wish I could leave a ZERO! Feeling totally compelled to share my experience with this company I thought was a great local hometown choice, and I am all for local hometown companies...... Boy was I wrong about this one...I received the wrong order and immediately asked for help via their chat feature. I asked for a manager to call me multiple times, in which I was promised, but that call never came. My driver "Lindsay" did call me 2 times in which she was very rude and hung up on me both times. I was asked to share what I received v/s what I ordered, which I did. Guess what.....This so called "Manager" never called me. I also called the Corporate line and left a message, no call back from them either! We trashed the food (we didn't order and didn't like any of it) and fixed grilled cheese sandwiches!! Please don't make the same mistake I did, please GO somewhere else for food delivery here friends, an actual place that cares about their customers and stands behind their product and service! And before the Owner/Manager tries to say I am an ex employee or come up with some kind of rebuttable which looks like they always do...I am not an employee, I did what I said I did in this review... and will share a screen shot my order to prove I ordered! Read moreWhere do I even start. I used We Deliver 1 time maybe a week ago. I am writing this review now as I wanted to give them time to make it right. However, I have not received a call or a refund for being over charged. I am in Crossville, Tn. I ordered through their web page. I received the order im the time that was stated and the food was hot so I can not complain on the actual service. I was looking at my charges in the card I used and noticed I was charged $37 and some change for 2 items. 1 costing $6.99 and 1 costing $9.99. Together its a little over $18 dollars. I called We Deliver and was told that the restaurant was the one that over charged me for an extra item. I have never had an issue with this restaurant and this being the first time I used We Deliver it is obvious that statement was wrong. While trying to figure out who I had to speak with i found out that when a restaurant has a sale on certain items We deliver will still charge you full price and keep the extra money from the sale price. That is beyond wrong and in my opinion theft. I will not use We Deliver again nor will I suggest to anyone they use this service. Read moreI ordered my food at 5:29pm on a Monday for a 30 min delivery. After 30 min of no activity on the tracker, I tried to reach out by phone, the website message center and FB messenger. With no luck for about the first HR. Which at that point I received a auto text saying they are running behind.then followed by driver is on the way to the restaurant. 15 minutes later still no movement on tracker. 1 q/2 hrs later my food arrives driver says she is running behind I expressed concern and ask if she is the only driver. She said no ,why .I said because my food feels cold.She got rude and said it was impossible because they order the food once they get there and wait for it. I worked for this company and I am aware the call or order online hen they are on the way to the restaurant, so it is ready when they get there. At 8 pm I received a ride messenger reply that I didn't respond to instantly and got a HELLO! message right after only for them to ask did you get your order? I respond yes and was told to check my email. I got a $5 future credit. Which is fine , I never wanted anything other then a response when I was clueless to where my order was.
