Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cookeville

I go to little Caesar’s often and usually this one because it’s closest to my house. I always use the app to order. Usually there is a lady in the front and don’t have any issues. The past few times I have ordered wings they were undercooked so I just tossed them and I tried the other little Caesar’s in algood to compare and they were cooked right. So I ordered again 03/10 my order was one extra most bestest pepperoni pizza a stuffed crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza and an order of Buffalo wings and order of barbecue wings. When I get home I open the pizza to give to my kids and I have one of the regular pepperoni pizzas and on the other pizza I had stuffed crust and like an insanse amount of burnt pepperoni. So I called manager and he said I had to go up there and they would remake it I really didn’t want to because my kids were hungry we waited an hour for the pizza to be ready I was like nevermind it’s fine then he said it’s ok you don’t have to come up I’ll right your name down and you can come back in 1-2 days I said great fine thank you then he tells me I needed to save the pizza and bring it back up there in two days 😂 so I said just forget it and hang up then I open my Buffalo wings and it’s literally filled to the brim swimming in hot sauce I love spicy foods but literally even after removing the wings and pouring out the hot sauce I bit one and could not tell if it was even cooked at all probably because it was soaked in hot sauce. I do not complain often I usually just say it is what it is but when I decided to say something the supervisor Gavin was absolutely rude and wanted me to save a pizza for two days and so I can’t even complain about the $16 in wings I threw away multiple times on different orders just to avoid complaining and being talked to like that. IF YALL HATE WORKING THERE THEN QUIT BUT STOP PLAYING WITH FOOD LIKE CHICKEN THAT COULD KILL SOMEBODY...

Very disappointed with the time it took for my pizza as well as the quality. Pizza was supposed to be done at 4:45, got there at 4:45 and it wasn't done. Waited 5 min inside and the girl at the counter said it was in the oven still, so I went to my car to wait. At 4:55 got an email said it was ready for pick up... only got one of my 2 sauses, I live 5min down the road. When I got home my pizza was cold and my bread sticks were hard and cold. For me to not get my food when it was scheduled and told it was still in the over... none of it should have been cold like it was. Not sure if they just forgot to make my order and gave me pizza that had been sitting or what. I order a lot and the past 2 weeks iv ordered employees goofing off in the back and the quality of the food... this was the last...

Only 4 stars even though my Detroit deep dish pizza was really good!! And only because the young lady at the counter (@4pm on Saturday)flat out ignored me for almost 2 minutes. (I was the only person in store) Over 1min I know, because after a bit I started to count and I got well past 60 before she even looked up from the register. Didnt even glance my way and i was a foot and a half away from her,it was sorta awkward. She finally said something, not sure what, I was a little irritated,so I just told her my name & she got my pizza,didn't bother to show it to me,like they've always done. She didnt offer me my receipt. Or even say my change back. She wasnt rude but she wasnt friendly. Customer service skills were...
