Please beware before consigning with Blossom. I brought my items in to consign over 9 months ago. When it was time for my first paymentâŚnothing. I called and was told that their system was down and that they would take care of me the following month for both months. That never happened I would call weekly/biweekly to find out what was going on, every time I called the excuse was different but they would get it to me next week. It was always ânext week or youâre next on the listâ Fast forward 8 monthsâŚyes 8 months I had to chase her for payment. All of my clothes had been sold and she no longer had any of my inventory but I was still waiting. She stopped answering all (not just my) calls around month 6 so I would have to drive over 30 min into town to find out what was going on. It wasnât until I threatened legal action I finally got a response. I was finally paid 9 months after dropping off my garments. I wish the owner would have been honest with me from the beginning, I may have been a lot more understanding and forgiving but the lies had gotten to be so much, the trust was lost. I will never consign with this company and I do not recommend it for anyone...
   Read moreUnfortunately I have not had the same wonderful experience with this business that you all have had. I signed on as a cosigner, made appointment to bring items to store, kept my appointment. At the time the gentleman checked me in he praised my items....he kept saying this is very nice. I had purses, wallets, clothing and jewelry. I advised I wanted unsold items returned. Some of my items sold and I was paid. However they did not return unsolditems items. I have stopped in store twice and made phone calls...5 or 6 over 3 or 4 month period. I was told all my items sold...I was paid for 14 items and they returned 12 jewelry items. I had over 50 items . I was advised 3 times that they had set aside time to go to warehouse to gather my items. They said they would call when items were ready for pick up. To date I have not received a call. When I call and ask for Abigail I am told they cannot confirm if or if not she is working!!!! I leave a message and do not get return call.. I am astounded by the lack of common courtesy and professionalism. Good luck people...I hope others continue to have positive experiences and that they will reach out to me to...
   Read moreI have taken items since opening and have been mostly satisfied. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I am giving 1 star because I took 50 items March 6 and August 19th. NONE of those items have ever been put out for sale.I was told by an employee that some of the March got mixed in with May. She left a note on top for the owner. I have stopped by, messaged in facebook, and called SEVERAL times.The employees don't know the answer and the owner will not call or write me back. Hopefully I can have a great update to this review. It is October 28th , almost 8 months later and still no answer. FOLLOW UP* December 1st and no change EVEN with speaking with Abigail and her story of being overwhelmed. My 104 pieces of clothing, jewelry, and purses are still no where on the store floor! I am asking for the return of all my items and what money is still owed me....
