I honestly don’t even think this place deserves one star. I went in today very excited to finally get to try on wedding dress this was my very first time trying on wedding dresses so I was very new to the concept. I brought my maid of honor and another bridesmaid. The beginning of the experience was amazing Kat was very pleasant to work with and I enjoyed her help very much and she even made us hot chocolate. We started looking at dresses and we found some to try on. I wanted my girls in the dressing room to help me put on the dress because that made me feel more comfortable and that was fine until the owner came in and totally ruined my first wedding dress shopping experience. She yelled at my girls and made them leave the room and was very argressive. She treated me like a child and didn’t take me seriously and was just trying to get us out. She made it feel like we were a waste of her “valuable” time. She didn’t take what I wanted in a dress under consideration she just grabbed random dresses some of them weren’t even my size and way too small. When she asked to see my Pinterest board she yanked my phone out of my friends hand. I was very excited to start my wedding dress shopping here because I had heard wonderful reviews but my experience here was honestly very disappointing and I will not be returning. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to make a note on here because I wish I knew before I went. There was only one girl working trying to do a million things (bless her, this isn’t her fault at all bc they need more staff.) I called that week to see if they had certain styles that they had on their website and they said they did but when I got there, they didn’t have any of them which was pretty disappointing given they told me 2 days earlier they did. I found a dress I really loved but it was way out of my budget. So curiously I searched to see if I could find it somewhere else and it found it several hundred dollars cheaper.. so they are pretty over priced! Moral of the story is they don’t have a ton of inventory right now, may be because they are renovating or waiting for shipping, and they are pretty over priced. Super great and helpful workers though!! I hope someone finds...

I live on Long Island, but we have a place in McMinnville…. my boyfriend’s son’s Wedding was rapidly approaching and I was desperate to find a dress, as I was having no luck in NY or online. When we went to TN we just happened to google and found “Magnolia James Bridal” it was our first and only stop…..they were AMAZING!!! We were there for the afternoon and I probably tried on every dress they had, Cindy and Maddie were so helpful, HONEST and sweet! I was so comfortable there from the beginning. It was a one stop shop we even got my boyfriend’s suit there as well and everything was shipped to us! It was an absolute amazing experience and I know where we will be going for our next event....
