Let me start by saying that we love Subway. We are new to town. We stopped by today to grab some lunch. When we stepped in the store there were 4 customers in front of us. Immediately we noticed that the 2 ladies behind the counter were being condescending to the customers. When it was our turn, we ordered our food like normal but the ladies we still condescending. Nice but condescending. The sandwiches were not made well. They skimped on the lettuce and other ingredients even though we ask for more. The lady that rung us up asked if we wanted chips and or cookies. I got the chips and my wife the cookies. We clearly said it to her. She didnt ring us up correctly. She i guess didnt hear us ask for cookies as well. After paying $35 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and 1 chip, she didnt give us the cookies. When we told her that we asked for cookies, she didnt say anything to us and left. She called the other lady. The other lady came and gave us the cookies and told us that next time we need to tell the cashier that we need to ask for the cookies before ringing us up. Look i understand that sometimes people miscommunicate. However, the attitude these ladies demonstrated was uncalled for. Its like they were mad at us for something we didnt do. Don't order door dash here or anything your better off ordering something else I'm pretty sure I know the lady who was working tonight and even if they closed at 10:30 they still need to update it then online. But I'm pretty sure she knew we had ordered door dash which was before 10 pm. Then get a notification that our will be done and ready by 10:16, then another won't be til 10:28, then get told by our dasher the lady tells her their closed she don't have our order. Whoever worked tonight Im pretty sure I know but whoever did absolutely sure that she waited around since she was closing it at 10:30 and didn't make our order on purpose which now we have to get refunded for. I've always been to this subway. But if y'all about to start being some crooks. Don't expect my business anymore that's really sorry. Y'all deserve less then one star.
