After years of waiting, I brought my wedding chain in to be replaced. The original chain was an ugly handmade job which was all I could afford at the time. I needed a very light chain, but I still wanted it to be pretty. There were enough choices of light chains that I was happy picking one of them. I only had one single problem. I specified quite clearly, that I needed the clip to be the same size as the previous clip because they get connected to eyebrow and thicker ear rings. Twice, the jeweller did not get it right. I wound up just using my original clips on the new clips. I really wish that they had just told me they didn't have a clip that big and I would have asked them to use the original clips instead. The chain is bright and shiny. It is light and beautiful. The charms were shined to perfection. The work was done in a reasonable time period and with quality effort. It is a piece I am proud to wear! The customer service personnel in the Coos Bay store were all patient and friendly as well as knowing which chains were which so they could offer me what I wanted. I actually shopped the grocery store of this Fred Meyers. I don't know why it says I visited their jewelry store, maybe cuz I walked by the counter? I wish they would update this Fred Meyer, like they said they wouldn't 2016, then 2017, then 2018 they tell me it's now going to be 2019.
