Taco bell is not open till 2am as advertised. I visited coos bay taco bell during posted business hours before 2am after working a double shift of 16 hours without eating. The woman made conversation at the drive thru asking me how my day was and I responded allowing the conversation our if politeness and asked her about hers and she responded . Then my order was placed and I sat there with a long pause. Then afterwards she told me her till was going to automatically shut down soon and I asked what does that mean? Does that mean u can't get my order I placed? Then she paused a while and said there's nothing I can do about it once it shuts down . I am extremely irritated after a long day of work and not due what the point of her making conversation with me taking my order and then sitting there in silence and being denied service during hours. If you advertise till 2am you should honor the orders placed during those hours no matter how close it is to closing time otherwise change your hours. I am a business owner and I honor all visits no matter how close to closing time a customer appears. My order was placed and the drive thru person was just killing time just to turn around and deny me service during hours. I donate every time I come through here for children's education and all fundraisers taco bell asks me for everytime I come through the drive thru. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and taco bell needs to adjust their hours to accommodate their employees wanting to close up...

I ordered a beef chalupa add nacho cheese sauce, a chicken chalupa add nacho cheese sauce, and one of each of the burrito supremes (beef, chicken & steak). I asked lady at drive thru before I left if everything was there & correct & she said it should be. I get maybe 5 minutes from my house (clear out in Charleston) and I'm not only missing a steak burrito Supreme but my freaken chicken chalupa is completely meatless & I didn't notice till I put my hot sauce on. The first phone call was to rosa when I noticed i was missing the steak burrito Supreme (she was really nice), then my 2nd phone call I spoke with edgar who said to bring the chicken chalupa back & they'll replace my food. And I then tell him I took a picture as soon as I opened chalupa & noticed but I am not driving all the way back to coos bay Tonight & already told rosa I'd be there tomorrow after I'm off work. Its crazy to know taco bell crew members make $14-15/hr and can screw up food that bad especially when my chicken chalupa was meatless & just the veggies, sour cream & the hot sauce I'd put on it. I think I'll go get my replacement food tomorrow after work & I don't think I'll return to this location. Read moreFYI to anyone going to Coos Bay Taco Bell today DO NOT go there!!! my daughter & I went there to get some lunch & ordered a cheesy bean & rice burrito along with other things. we didn't get everything. We had to go back but also the burrito was really really tiny which isn't normal so we tried to mention that when we went back to get our other items that were forgotten & when we told them they argued with us saying it's normal size but got the manager & when she came to the window she had a attitude with us & stated she was the manager & they are always that size, when we tried to say no its not because we have gotten them before & they have never been this small she slammed the window shut on me. I thought maybe things had changed but wanted to make sure so I went to the one in North Bend & got the same thing & it was the size it should always be not the tiny size we got from the Coos Bay one. I went back to the Coos Bay Taco Bell to show the Manager the correct size. I was polite even though I was angry with how she treated me. I told her I wanted her name to report her. She told them not to give me her name, eventually she said Crystal was her name then she kept yelling at me to get out of her store. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! If anyone knows who I can report her to please let me know, because how she treated me was not ok or professional!!! They need to learn customer service...
