What service should be. Hayley and the rest of the staff were welcoming and put me at ease as soon as I came into the store. Even though all the employees were busy with other customers, it didn't seem that long of a wait. Hayley was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the plans available and which phones I was comfortable with. It made me get the feeling that Hayley was looking to make sure I got exactly what was going to fit my needs best. The atmosphere in the store was great. The music was at a decent level and even during the times I waited for the technology to load on my new phone, Hayley kept a casual conversation and was pleasant not only to me, but courteous when asking if it was alright if other customers could have their questions or issues addressed. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. Hayley took the time to walk me through the basics of my new phone and some of the features available to a new Verizon customer. I know that because of this first experience, I'm happy I switched to Verizon; and in the future I won't hesitate to come directly to the store for help. Read moreI bought a new phone and signed up for a three year plan with them at the end of December because they offered me $400 trade in for my old S9. I turned in my old phone after transferring the data and factory resetting it. I still have not received credit on my account for this and am about to be over charged for the 6 month on my bill. I have contacted this store numerous times trying to get this resolved and I feel like I keep getting a run around. The time before last I had to contact Verizon for a three party call to get a response from them. Yesterday I called and got assured their manager Dan would contact me today about this. They did not. I’m beyond frustrated because I upheld my end of the bargain and the store has not.
EDIT August 18, 2023: I got credited $55.55 for the 5 months I was overcharged and told that $11.11 would come off my bill every month. Bizarrely the store rep offered me a phone that was worth about $400 in lieu of getting the monthly reduction, which I declined. My bill has not been reduced by the $11.11 it should be the last two months. Read moreThe reputation of a place of business is only as good as the folks who work there. As long-time Verizon customers, it was time for the two of us to upgrade our phones. We went on an information-gathering expedition and were lucky enough to talk with Joshua. He gave us all the information we needed and tipped us off to the good deal we could get to replace our current phones. We asked plenty of questions, and he was patient and thorough, never hurried us.
We took his card because when we decided on new phones, we wanted to make sure Joshua was the service person who helped us. I texted him ahead with some possible appointment times. He responded, and we were set with an appointment. Josh was again professional, personable, and very attentive to our questions and needs, giving us all the time we needed to feel secure and knowledgeable about our new phones.
