Nov 15: 2021: Got a whole Oster induction ready pot set for $50! What a find! I would have gotten one single pan on Amazon for that.

My family has been using this Bi-mart location for about 2 years. Customer service is wonderfully friendly making the purchase experience a pleasure. The only time I have been disappointed in this specific store is in special sales where the most advertised item never arrived in store.

There are generous amounts of choice in each department from clothing to makeup. I wouldn't mind having more in the way of single cans of hard seltzer. I have never had a problem with returns, either exchanging the item for another one, or receiving a refund.

Online purchasing system is up and working well now which makes me really happy. I ordered 2 chairs late at night and by 8 am the next morning received an email that they were ready for pick up. The system is surprisingly easy to use.

I would also like to thank them for keeping the mask requirement in place. Your understanding of our vulnerabilities and necessary safety protocols until this pandemic is truly over is gratifying. Thank you for being a place I love to purchase...

We waited at the counter for 15mins looking for someone to help us. Finally someone came over and started helping someone on the other side with fishing line. Another employee walked by and didnt offer to help. A few minutes later, the lady helping on the other side peaked around the corner, did not acknowledge us and then went back to the other side. Another associate walked by and asked if we had been helped, we told him we had not. He asked what he could help with and my wife asked to see a handgun, he said he couldn't. Then the lady on the other side snapped at us and rudely said she would help us when she was done putting a ladder away. With her attitude and 25 minute wait to be acknowledged, we decided to go elsewhere.

The rude lady in the firearms department cost them an easy $1500 sale. Getting snotty with people is not great customer service and will not earn our business. You're not the only place around that stocks those. She didn't even bother to find out who was there first, instead she started helping someone who just walked up when she arrived. The other associate could ha e taken over if she is the only one allowed to handle firearms. Not a great first...

The first experience we had here, my hubby was called a race trader at the gun counter in North Bend. The second bad experience we had here was at Coos Bay where the cashier used homophobic language when I was teasing my hubby about a shocking color lipstick they had at checkout. The cashier remarked.that the lipstick would be "Fairy nice on him, get it? Fairy?" We were so appalled we never returned to either store - not because of the store but because of the atmosphere these 2 stores created. Corporate may want to train their employees better and local management may want to provide appropriate oversight. Truly horrible predjudice exists in this county obviously but to be so blatant that service clerks feel entitled and privileged enough to speak like that takes it to a...
