Do not go to this place!! Beware!! Dangerous!!!! I went to Dr. Patel, and he was dismissive and outright rude to me. I came there with a report from urgent care staying that my right foot was broken, and x-rays where it is plain as day that my foot is broken (see attached images - a 5 year old could diagnose!!!!). He looked at the x-rays and told me that my foot was not broken and that it was a soft tissue. He dismissed my severe pain, the fact that I could barely walk, and anything I was saying. He told me not to wear the boot urgent care had vienen me and that I should be walking on it normally and I should be trying to get as much motion as possible. I asked him multiple times if he was sure and he treated me like I was making it up and being a baby. I went seven weeks walking on my foot, and without a boot, because he told me that’s what I should be doing, and it didn’t heal. Finally, after realizing that something was terribly wrong because my foot still hurt so much after 6 weeks, I went to another doctor. He looked at the x-ray and immediately saw the fracture. There was absolutely no doubt!! Because of Dr. Patel, I am now going to have to have surgery with pins because my foot is more broken and severed than it was previously - the bones have actually separated!! I could have avoided all of this is it weren’t for his malfeasance!!! If he had actually taken the time to treat me like a human being and act like an actual Doctor, who took an oath to help people, then maybe I wouldn’t have suffered so much mental anguish, pain, time away from work and now a surgery. Beware that he is a horrible doctor, human being, and I wouldn’t send a dying dog to him!!! Save yourself the malpractice and just look at the images of my cray before and after of my foot, post malpractice from Dr Patel. There are 0. stars or he...

I visited Dr. Patel at Star Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in coppell on Friday with severe leg pain and swelling. After an X-ray, the doctor told me I needed physical therapy for my knee and prescribed medication. I went to the pharmacy on Saturday to ask about the medication, but they told me there was no prescription for me.
I called the clinic on Monday several times, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. On Tuesday, I called again—no answer. I tried again on Wednesday with the same result. When they finally called back, they said there was no prescription for me and asked what medication the doctor mentioned. When I told them, I received no response again, so I had to leave another voicemail.
Now, it’s been a week, and I’m still without medication, even though I paid nearly $500 for the consultation and X-ray. I’m still in pain, and the service has been terrible. How can a clinic not respond to calls or provide a prescription in a...
