Update: Tried to "update my payment info (just re-entered my payment method again, with the same info on my card) and the same issue. I call the store, and they let it ring and ring and ring. The manager refused to send out my order because "I cussed her out". There's no accountability at this location. The "online system" is at fault according to this employee... Yet when I order online at any other location, I receive my food within 30 minutes. Last time that I experienced this, I left the review below.. Before getting the same cold soggy pizza that sat there for 30 minutes before I realized they had called me. Order from any other location but this one.
I have an online account, which I created for "convenience". I have a card saved on my account, as default payment method. EVERY SINGE TIME I order, this store has someone call me to run my card again, because it gets declined. I order from work, so it's a big inconvenience to have to stop what I'm doing, manually call the store, just to get my order completed. Especially when there are NO ISSUES ordering from home (different pizza hut). I placed the order today at 2:02, and JUST now got off the phone with someone who was able to process my payment. It's 2:37.
Also, last time I ordered the boneless wings, was charged for TWO sides of ranch, and received none. I told the driver, and he said he didn't have any. I called the store, and asked for my $ back for the ranch, and the person who answered the phone told me that all they could do was a credit on my next order. There's no way for them to track that, so I am out extra money I should have never spent.
This location really needs to work on their operation overall. The employees have attitude when you call in with a problem, and there is little to no accountability.
The one thing I will say that is positive is the delivery drivers. All of them have been nice. When there's an issue at the store, I don't really feel they have much to do with it. So kudos to the delivery team for doing...

I've ordered from here many times. Unfortunately, I think it's gone downhill. Each time I stop by they seem severely understaffed. That seems to have hit breaking point last week. I ordered delivery through the app and ended up with the wrong pizza. I've got kids that can't stand onion, and what is this incorrect pizza loaded with? You guessed it. Onion. Unfortunately, picking it off doesn't help.
Okay, wrong pizza. It can happen to the best pizza place and the best staff. No big deal. I'll call them and I'm sure they'll make it right. So, that's what I do... Five times over the next hour. No one ever answers the phone, so I finally submit feedback online about my experience direct to Pizza Hut. The next day I got a sincere email from corporate apologizing for the situation and promising that local store management would reach out to me within 3 days. Unfortunately, it's been a week, and I've heard nothing. I've given up at this point.
I'm convinced they're understaffed, and that's a recipe for mistakes, even from great, hard...

I ordered my pizza via the Pizza Hut app, I got a text message after I placed the order with the tracking device link. I checked it and it said my order was received, then said it was in the oven . After 45 minutes of it still saying it’s in the oven . I called the store , I spoke to a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employee by the name of BENJAMIN . I asked Benjamin if my order was ever received , he said no after saying was your order the one with the cheesy crust .. how would you know what I had on the order if you never received it ?? Then after I was just going to say whatever can i just order the pizza on the phone, HE HANGS UP ON ME. So I immediately call back and he answered again, said the reason he hung up was because I spoke badly of his company ? by this point I was fed up and didn’t even want to order anything from this store from fear that they’ll purposely mess up my order .
