Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Coppell

I had to get a remake because my order was incorrect. These pictures are of the remakes that came out even WORSE. The staff is so nasty towards customers. He TOSSED my pizzas on the counter with one hand towards me. I asked him if the pizza was dropped and why it was missing a piece. It looked absolutely terrible. He said "it's not missing a piece. If you push it together, it's all there. There's nothing wrong with it! I'm not remaking it again! " I txt my husband to come inside and help me deal with the situation, because I didn't know what to do. I took a picture and the two male employees start telling each other "Oh! She's taking pictures!" "Why you taking pictures?!" I said so I can leave a review. They were mad and offended by that. My husband said we should just go home. I even pushed the pizza back together to find out it was kinda missing a small slice. I've had problems with this store in particular about undercooked pizza dough, when I always order it well baked. The normal baked always come out very doughy and raw. This was the worst employee encounter I've ever had with papa John's. They do not value their customers and that's why this locations...

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING! THIS REVIEW IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT AND NOT NEGATIVE!! My wife and I have ordered from this Papa John's for a very long time now. Usually it is fantastic but we have had some pretty bad mess ups in the past and the previous manager was not nice at all and offered basically NO help. Well, we ordered tonight and my pizza was not what I ordered. I called and this AMAZING MANAGER named Whitney not only re-made my pizza but she got it delivered to my house for no charge!!! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Whitney was so incredibly understanding and so sweet about everything and TRULY went above and beyond!! Ordered online at 7pm on a Saturday the tracker said it would be delivered between 7:30 and 7:45.7:50,I get a notification saying the pizza is on its way.(i live less than a mile away) 8:00 pm,still no pizza.I call the store. “ Krista or Krystal” answers and says it’s in route to me.Should be here within the next couple of minutes. I say okay thanks. 8:10 still NO PIZZA!
