I had work on my lips which resulted in a serious infection, as diagnosed by baptist emergency room on 11/05/2020, This was due to this spa not using the proper sterilized equipment, it is not good enough to say that they use disposable because disposable does not mean or guarantee it to be sterile, they need to make sure before using that they sterilize anything being used to make ant type of incision on a client which they did not, and for the record I did not sign any release on this treatment so we will go forward and hire an attorney for a claim, I have encountered allot of pain and loss of work due to this. Please be careful they advertise medical but in all these years I have never seen any doctor there and the owner attempted to diagnose me with herpes which is not the case verifies by doctors and exams, she must consider herself a doctor which she is not. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated as a client I would like to say that the lash girl and nail tech are great but the customer service at the desk is the reason why I will not be returning I had an appointment at 1 o’clock and at 1:15 I asked a girl why my lash girl was running late at 1:25 she let me know that the girl before me was 30 minutes late and I said if the girl before me is 30 minutes late why do I have to sit here and wait take the time away from her appointment not mine at 1:30 the girls still did not come out I left I have a very busy schedule due to my work Make my appointments according to my schedule I called after I left to tell the girl at the front that I would no longer be returning to please return my deposit until today not one person called me to try to see why I was upset or keep me as a client this is the reason why I don’t feel that I will return because obviously losing a client...

To be fair, appointment was on time. I was the one late because they changed the appointment time and didn't call me to let me know. Overall the place looks clean and fancy. Front desk charged me first which I found it odd. The technicians bed wasn't clean or ready for the next client which was me. The feel wasn't welcoming I thought. Which I also found it odd because I have gone to the store side and the staff member there is always warm and welcoming.
