I am very disappointed with the service I received. When I requested a technician, he showed up without his tools and spent over two hours trying to complete the work. He even suggested taking my business laptop to his home to finish the job. To make matters worse, an additional charge was added to my bill without any prior notification or invoice. In the beginning, I was told that my deposit would be returned if the work was completed in less than two hours, but it seemed like they did everything they could to spend more time on the job. Told me it was the phone system switch box - to get a new one. Bought a new switch for $250 - installed - everything was the same. One line did not work. So, I started replacing the standard phone lines 1 by 1 to the switch. One bad phone wire. Fixed. 10 minutes. They took 2 hours, did not check the wiring, and told me I needed a $250 switch that I did not need. So this service call cost me close to $500 for what was really a $5 fix.
