I had the most amazing experience ever at this beautiful jewelry store. The owner Is not just a wonderful person, but an artist. She first spent time with me (since I’m in California) on FaceTime, showing me her store, modeling her designs and explaining the different styles. I am petite and she assured me that what she would creat would be perfect. I ordered two necklaces and a pair of earrings. She kept in constant contact with me and was so accommodating. I needed the necklaces sooner than she normally is able to create them, and she did it! Today the pieces arrived in a beautiful package with a personal gift card and I was touched. However, when I took the necklaces out of the box, I was stunned. They exceeded my expectations and are the most beautiful necklaces I own. I told her that I never want to take them off…ha! First , I have never had such wonderful customer service experience such as Tresor. Puja has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me out.. Her response was swift and explained everything to me. Second, my first order from Tresor just arrived and my rings exceeded my expectations. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding and so so beautiful! The gemstones are cut perfectly and the rings themselves are so comfortable. I just wish I had longer fingers to add more of their rings :) Everything that we discussed prior to my purchase was explained in detail so there were no surprises when I received my jewelry. Third and finally, I will recommend to all my friends and family to shop at Tresor. Recently, I placed an order with Puja for gifts I wanted to give some close friends who were attending my wedding. Not only did Puja pull the order together (which required additional manufacturing in a short time), but she personalized the pieces for me and provided packaging that went above and beyond my wildest expectations.
