I've been in this plaza before and happy to see new restaurants popping out. This is a great option for good quality and service. The deco of the place is nice and the outdoor space offers a good option for a more casual dining. Service was great, all servers were very nice and their service was on point. Food is a miss or hit. I did not try ceviche or sushi but went for a more classic peruvian option. - We tried the tuna causa, which was the best we had in their menu (super recommended). Great flavor and size - We tried lomo saltado, and it was very well cooked and great size -I tried parihuela, which is a peruvian fish soup, and it was disappointing. It did not have enough fish, and the flavor was nothing to impress - For dessert, we tried some merengues but did not love them. - We tried their fish rice and even though the plate was big, I felt it was a plate I could have made at home In general, I would recommend you give it a try. Good prices for the amount of food

This place is a hidden gem. The restaurant is clean, plays great music, is filled with bright natural light at the front or more relaxing vibes near the back. The TVs… I pay the highest compliment to. Most places play the news or a sport. This establishment had three TVs on 3 different paradise views that changed throughout our meal. Very relaxing, trendy vibes! Well done. The food is delicious and comes in large portions. We wanted to try everything and had to take a bunch home. They even gave us ceviche on the house (they heard us keep talking about it)! Their crepe brûlée has vanilla beans on the bottom, it was so funky and I couldn’t stop eating it! The two complaints we have are that they have a small selection of beer and wine (no liquor) and the other comment is their sushi rolls are all focused on shrimp tempura being the main ingredient, 2-3 rolls should be devoid of shrimp tempura for some variation.

I just paid $19 for a regular order of Tequeños de Lomo Saltado to go. I’ve had them before and they were absolutely delicious, which is why I was excited to order them again. Unfortunately, the order we received today was made with ground beef, and the flavor and texture were more like a greasy fried empanada. Maybe it’s just a matter of preference—I’m not a fan of ground beef—but it was really disappointing. Especially considering this was meant to be a treat on top of our $16 lunch special. To avoid disappointing more customers, I’d suggest changing the name of the item. Calling it Tequeños de Lomo Saltado sets a very different expectation. Something like Empanada Frita would be more accurate and help prevent confusion. Hoping this was just a one-off, but it didn’t reflect the quality we’ve come to expect.

A traditional Peruvian eatery with a modern and sophisticated flair. I didn’t want to ruin the review by making it a quick one and at the same time, I was afraid that, on trying to find the appropriate moment I would forget to write it, so here it goes. My wife and I ended up at Embarcadero 41 in Coral Springs by pure chance, just looking for a quick bite. The second we walked through the door we unexpectedly realized the place was absolutely gorgeous for something that was supposed to be just a regular diner. A hostess met us at the door with a beautiful smile and led us to a table as we walked past an open kitchen where a big team of cooks were losing their minds keeping up with lunch’s rush hour. I won’t describe the place as you can see it in somebody else’s photos but the food, oh, God! These people are working magic with common ingredients. Peruvian cuisine has always been known to me by it’s Asian influence (19th century Chinese immigrants are to be thanked for that), and the ubiquitous presence of seafood in their menus. No exotic, mysterious ingredients, no intricate recipes like those of French cuisine and yet, to see emerge from this simplicity the kind of beauty and flavor I witnessed that day! Do yourself a favor, try their Ceviche. I tried the one they call something like “two-pepper cream” ceviche, which they serve with two different sauces, one made with a traditional Peruvian red pepper and another one with yellow pepper. My wife ordered a dish of fish and shrimp in “oriental sauce”, an Asian fusion dish. I only wish I had more time and three stomachs! Wash it down with a glass of “chicha morada”. Theirs is the best I’ve had, a purple fruit juice like nothing you’ve tried before, and Peruvians drink it like it’s nothing! Enjoy!...

If you're looking for a place that delivers exceptional Peruvian cuisine with service that makes you feel like royalty, Embarcadero 41 in Coral Springs is an absolute must-visit.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with warm hospitality and an atmosphere that blends upscale comfort with authentic charm. But what truly set this restaurant apart is the incredible food and world-class service.

Every dish is a masterpiece — bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The ceviche was next-level, the lomo saltado was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the seafood rice? Simply unforgettable. It’s clear the chefs here take deep pride in what they do, and it shows in every bite.

And then there’s Antonella — our server and the absolute star of the evening. From start to finish, Antonella is always attentive, friendly, and makes us feel like VIPs. She knows the menu inside and out, gives excellent recommendations, and makes sure every detail of the meal is perfect. Her warmth and professionalism truly elevates the entire experience.

Antonella, thank you for your outstanding service today and every time— you are a gem and one of the reasons we keep coming back!

Whether you're a fan of Peruvian cuisine or just love amazing food and top-tier service, Embarcadero 41 in Coral Springs will not disappoint. Can’t...

Today I want to share a really bad experience in #Embarcadero41 in Coral Springs, today was our Fith time visiting the place because we love Peruvian food, we chose a table in front of the restaurant bar when we noticed that one of the kitchen staff man was chewing gum (with an open mouth) while he was cutting food, I think onions or any kind of salad... We were looking him and the gum fell from his mouth on the food😱 he picked the gum up and put it back in his mouth. He never stopped preparing the food or changed the plate or moved more than 20 centimeters away from the food, everything was coompletely normally even for the rest of the staff at the bar 💁🏻. The point is that they serve raw food, how is possible that they don’t have any quality procedures in the restaurant. That was disgusting we run out of the place! The waitress asked and we explained her the situation, she told me that she is going to speak with the owner about the bad procedures. Anyways, please be careful specially when you are taking your kids to eat out of home, sometimes is not the food but the contamination due to mishandling of the food. Please don’t remain silent if we see bad practices in...
