T.J. Maxx — Local services in Coral Springs

I would like to give a big shout out to Gianna, the store manager, and Nina, the cashier you guys make a stressful shopping situation turn into a great atmosphere, and we appreciate people like you !!! My previous review was a one star because of management and staff. The vibe and energy was awful to go into the store. I’m changing my old review because today I felt a different energy and vibe at TJ Maxx was FREAKING AWESOME!! The store looks great. The people are smiling and friendly even though the line is two lines long. I had a couple issues with some prices and an item that was damaged and I would like to say Nina the cashier was amazing and Gianna who is now looks like the store manager is beyond Kind helps you find a solution with a smile. I watched her run all over the place helping individuals that are shopping in the store as well as workers in the store. What a change TJ Maxx needed. I’m so happy to go there and we’ll definitely be shopping a lot more because of the energy and the help Way to go and happy holidays !!

This T.J. Maxx is disgraceful, extremely out of line and unprofessional when dealing with Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.

On my visit I had the opportunity to work with not 1 but "2" workers-a manager and a cashier. Sheila the manager and the assistant cashier (at #six with the short dreads) were extremely offensive and unhelpful until I got aggravated and demanded a refund for the receipt I had. They insinuated that I did something possibly inappropriate for some workout clothes that I returned, somehow the tags weren't matching the clothes. Like, I have control over what tags TjMAXX puts on garments..!? She then said all the clothes in the store come from the warehouse, again indirectly mentioning as I had something to do with this-I was appalled by these statements and the tossing of the clothes back in my direction very aggressively. It was very simple and cheap workout clothes with complete tags, labels and a full receipt.

I don't appreciate nor do I have to deal with this at a local city retail store where I pay taxes and shopping purchasing a minimum of hundreds of dollars monthly which contributes towards each of their salaries to work in store to deal with us in an appropriate manner.They need new training in customer service and how to handle situations that could be out of the customers control.

My family and I have been coming to this location for many many years and lived in Coral Springs for over 20 years. I have never had a situation like this in my hometown.

I am extremely offended on their indirect allegations, tossing merchandise at me and while having behavioral adult tantrums with a customer giving them an attitude in the process of what should be a happy experience while shopping!

Ill think twice before shopping at this TJ Maxx again as things were mishandled by both regardless if I had to adamantly demand a refund but only getting a "store credit".

WHY? Just why and what's the point to make a customer get upset and disappointed while demanding a refund with the receipt regardless what the situation is? Absolutely ridiculous, have respect for people and give them the benefit of the doubt!

Founded in 1976, TJ Maxx has over 1,000 stores in the United States and Puerto Rico making it one of the largest retailers of clothing in the US. There are 25 stores just in Florida. The clothes are name brand and similar in quality to what you would find at a department store but with a discounted price. They also sell accessories, housewares, snacks, and drugstore items.

This TJ Maxx is in the Maplewood Plaza on University Drive. I have shopped here through the years for their clothes and various housewares but this time I was shopping their Summerween line for a spooky witches birthday that is on the horizon. I was surprised by how much Halloween/Summerween merchandise they had across all of their departments. The Summerween items feature fun Halloween icons like pumpkins in summer colors like pastel pink. They also have different Halloween characters like ghosts eating ice cream or skeletons sitting around in bikinis. They had adorable candles, pillows, blankets, hand soap, decorations, bags, and more. It was hard to stick to the budget. I even found some clearance items in the beauty area for me.

If there is one downside to shopping here it is that the line is always insanely long. People buy tons of stuff and it can back up the line really fast. There were only four people ahead of me when I got on the line and it still took forever but it was worth it for the...

I enjoy so much going to my Tjmax in Coral Springs. I love my ladies over there. Prudence, she is the most kind, paciente, always ready to help, and she always come to you asking if you need help, I always go to her if she is there. Ava, most happy, always smiling, very talkative, very alive and so helpful. Joann, so kind, so happy, always smiling, always walking around to make sure everything it’s fine. Luna, so kind, helpful, very mellow, so sweet. Well, all the ladies over there work so nice together there is so hard to choose one that is te best, I really enjoy all of them that’s why I always make sure I go there, not any other Tjmax even if they have better selection.
