The place is ok but the owner do not know how to treat people / customers . They made a Halloween event today and when I arrive she told me they were at capacity inside the gym … I completely understand this but you as an owner need to have someone at the door announcing this to possible customers getting there my kids were really upset so I have to buy them not one but two plush toys, outside was a trunk or treat and one of the cars give us a ticket for face painting and we went inside to get the face painted and when we were in line she told us that actually also in that space they were on capacity.. then when I show her the ticket she told me that those were for people paying the entrance fee .. something that the person that give me the ticket did not told me .. but the worst thing was that my kids were choosing another plush toy and she yell at them and say yo back off .. in that moment I told her if you run a business to need to know how to test people .. at the end I think this was because I was speaking Spanish to my kids … racist and ride a really bad combination I will never go there again and I highly recommend to spend your money...

I can’t rave enough about We Rock The Spectrum in Coral Springs. We discovered this indoor playground before my daughter’s first birthday in July. We decided to have her first birthday there and it was the best decision we made. Lindsay and her team made booking the party and having the party there a breeze. She was super helpful every step of the way and was a real pleasure to work with. My daughter’s first birthday was perfect and everyone had a blast. The place is kept clean and there is so much for little ones to do. We live in Boca and come to this location because of the amazing customer service and how much fun our girls have when we go. Great place—my children truly enjoy coming here. The space is well thought out for kids, and overall, it offers a fun environment. I would have gladly given a 5-star rating if not for one negative experience. During our visit, there was a staff member who frequently followed children around, redirecting them for what seemed like very minor reasons. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and did not feel consistent with the idea of embracing neurodiversity, specially by their slogan “ Finally a place where you never have to say sorry again”.
