Kohl's — Local services in Coral Springs

As the holidays approach I want to warn everyone not to buy gift cards from Sephora at coals. I made the mistake of buying one for Mother’s Day $200 and they are made of cheap pieces of card stock. They don’t even make them out of plastic. My gf accidentally left them in her pocket and they got destroyed because it is made of paper. I showed up to the store with my receipt ; the card number and all the proof and they basically told me too bad so sad. I called every 800 number I could and they all point me in the wrong direction. Call Sephora , call Kohl’s, call the gift card processing company and they all send me in circles. Guest service promised to mail me a card then nothing. Call back they said sorry and lied to me. Then they promised to make the store help me and I showed up and they lied when I called back with them on the phone. I almost gave up completely and since I am now shopping for gifts again I will buy gift cards anywhere but Sephora. Used to buy every year and I am not cheap when it comes to gifts so it is their loss now. My gf also accidentally washed a gift card from Victoria secret at the same time but I got that card issued the next day so I recommend them but the Sephora in kohls at coral square I would not...

The Kohl’s in Margate, FL is truly amazing, staffed with incredibly passionate and customer service oriented associates! I have to say, my experience was amazing, all thanks to staff like someone working the front whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, as well as both Vicky and Victoria.

When I walked in, Vicky at customer service was super friendly and incredibly helpful. She gave me some great tips about the Kohl’s card and explained how to get the most out of it. Plus, she helped me find my way around the store and made my returns and exchanges a breeze. Vicky also took the time to explain why some sales vary, mentioning factors like the time of year, location, and efforts to clear out inventory. It was really insightful!

Then, there was Victoria, who assisted me while I was shopping and at checkout. She was fantastic – always ready to help with a smile and made the whole process so easy. Victoria’s cheerful and attentive approach truly made my visit enjoyable.

I went to kohls in order to buy a dress for a wedding . unfortunately kohls is limited for dress options appropriate for a dessier occasion. I did not find what I was looking for but I did find other items such us a bra dress and shirt . I came in with a 30% coupon . I truly had not realized that the coupon on expired 2 days before until on line with my items. Seeing as the coupon that I received in the mail had a home coupon as well as redeemable kohls cash coupon that had not expired yet it was an honest mistake. Also I am a VIP member who has spent alot of money in kohls. When very kindly explaining to the lady what had happened I was basically flat out told no. No kindness no anything just a flat out no. I know for a 100 percent that they are able to still give the coupon seeing as I have had this happen to me one other time during Christmas shopping a couple of years ago. She was unsympathetic as I had to forgo purchasing seeing as funds are limited and some,of the items were regular price. Sad that they missed out on a sale.
