Meat N' Bone — Local services in Coral Springs

The quality of meat is great here. The customer service is just the opposite. This location never answers their phone, and the few times they did they had promised that they had a certain cut of meat in stock, 35 minute drive to show up for them to say sorry we don't have it. This is after it was confirmed. What a waste of time. The staff also smells from smoke other than barbecue smoke, they are definitely smoking something in the back maybe this is contributing to them not answering the phone being high. Do not need a response saying that you guys will look into this and fix it considering some of the other Past reviews you guys have not fixed anything with answering the phone, or customer service. My first visit. I got the prime outside skirt steak, which was not an exact weight. It just said 1 to 1.4 pounds. and it was $35 which was quite a bit for 1 pound and still a lot for a pound and a half. But we wanted really good steak so we bought it. Then we ran over to Publix for other things and saw the outside skirt steak was on sale for $15 a pound. I figured I’d get a small piece just to compare while we are having a barbecue today. There were six of us, and we all agreed. When I tell you the Publix steak was hands-down 10 times better, I am not exaggerating. Publix didn't even label it prime. Wanted to try this place since I found out about it on Uber Eats a couple months ago and finally got out there on 2/12/23. I was looking for some skirt steak on Super Bowl Sunday (poor planning on my part). They mostly sell high quality cuts so it was prime. The surprising part was the price. $40 for almost 2 lbs of prime grade outside skirt steak! IMO, that is a GREAT deal. I didn’t tell my wife anything about the skirt steak but while eating it, she said it was the best skirt steak I’ve ever made. Not only was the steak prime but so was the customer service.
