I went in on 12/22 carrying a handful from Christmas. Nancy was wonderful. She helped me find everything and was kind enough to help make my life easier with all the stuff I was carrying around. Since moving to Iowa I stopped going to the Hallmark store and I wasn’t sure about “Amy’s Hallmark Store”. It is a real Hallmark store, not a store with a Hallmark rack. That means you can order on the Hallmark website and pick up at Amy’s HS! After my good shopping experience and years of buying greeting cards at HyVee, I will definitely go back to...

Made a special trip to the mall for change of address cards, trying to support brick and mortar store instead of doing online. Got there, sign in window, computer system down so store closed until back up. People inside, but wouldn't interact. You totally lost my business.
