I had a last minute appt here because it was the Friday before 4th of July and they happily say yes. This wast my first time here, I left the store very happy that day, even though I thought It was a bit expensive compare to where I usually go but I didn’t care because they really did a good job, I was happy, unfortunately the quality of the dip powder they used with me didn’t work pretty well and only last that pretty 2 days, so by 4th of July they were ruined :( couple of days after my nails started pealing off. While they usually last perfect at least 10 days for me. I call the place and let them know what happens. They said I could go back to get them fix. I went back few days after for them to fix them and they charge me for fix it. (Not the whole price but they charged me) which I think was unfair. it’s the first time I have to go back to get a manicure fix in so short period. However I’m giving 4 stars because I do think they know how to make a good job but maybe they should get a better quality top coat and show more empathy for clients not only think...

Decided to try this salon after reading the reviews here on google. I usually always leave nail salons feeling a little disappointed either with customer service or how my nails turned out. I left this salon feeling totally overjoyed with how my nails looked! The color was exactly as expected, the gel polish was applied very smooth and covered my entire nail (unlike most of the time when the sides are left bare). I was getting my nails done for engagement pictures so I was putting a very important event into the hands of these individuals and they totally delivered! The man who did my nails paid very close attention to detail and constantly asked if they were looking like I wanted them to. I also love that they have a returning customer punch card that will allow me to earn $10 off after a few times visiting. Oh yeah, the price was great! Full manicure and gel polish for only $30. My experiences here haven't been quite the same as when I started out. I think they are money hungry and will do anything to get a few extra bucks. I went on Friday and they overlooked me and took another lady ahead of me. I came back on Saturday after talking to the owner and she assured me it was a misunderstanding and to come in so she could "take care" of me. I thought maybe she was going to knock something off of my services due to my experience. Boy was I wrong. They did the exact opposite. I left my daughter and niece there to get nails and pedicure done. We're had discussed what they were to get before I left but when I returned they had talked them into getting something that cost more money. The guy acted as if it were a crime when I asked for a glass of wine while I waited for them to fix my toes even though I had spent about $300.
