I can't recommend Innbo Furniture enough.  I felt so at home when I walked into the store.  They let me test and ask all my questions without me feeling rushed and was even willing to come in on an off day to let me see the couches.  They honored a discount pricing for me even after the priced increased a week later when I actually bought it.  In addition, they told me of a slight damage that I might have never even noticed and gave me an additional discount when they installed and delivered it to my place 100 miles away.  A year later, when I was rearranging my couch, one of the screws stripped.  They had the manufacture shipped me new screws that arrived within a few days!  Compare to the dozen of other places I went to that I felt were trying to take advantage of me, this place and the level of customer service is a rare find.  When you spend a large sum on a piece of furniture, you want to look at it content and have assurance that it was a good purchase.  My experience with Joel and his team made me love my purchase even...

I would give them more stars if I could!! I bought a Stressless office chair from them just recently, and was blown away by the high level of customer service they provided. The owner generously met me half way in Columbia, SC, since I reside in Charleston, SC. When I got home, I noticed the chair wasn’t working properly. One of the joints wasn’t connecting properly. The owner spent over thirty minutes with me on the phone trying to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fix the issue. He then offered to have a local dealer fix the issue, but instead I preferred to just set up a return. The owner drove almost four hours to pick up the chair!!! Four hours!!! If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is these days.. He came with a beautiful brown chair, and offered it as a replacement.
