I will never go back to the store they are unprofessional. My husband bought me a wedding ring in November 2016 he gave it to me February 2017 I wore it for a couple months not even 6 months and I got a rash. So I went to the doctors they ran tests and told me I was allergic to gold, which I had told my husband if he was to ever buy me anything to not buy me gold. And he told me that the lady at Daniel's guaranteed him that the ring was pure white gold so he bought it my mother in law was there you know they took advantage of us in a way by lying to us. So now we're trying to get a refund have them keep the ring and just give us our money back or have an even exchange but supposedly that their policy doesn't do that, their policy is that they give us what we paid but we have to double up for an upgrade which they would end up taking MORE money from us but anyways they don't want to give us the phone number or name to a person who could make those changes and actually help us. Its been 2 months almost 3 that we have been calling and trying to get it resolved and nothing is...

I thought going to Daniels i would have a trust worthy shop to have my large gold chains clasp repaired ... I left my chain with them weighing 79.8 grams when it was time for me to pick it up no repair was preformed and the chain was at another shop “ not Daniels “ and told it would take a few more days .... needless to say I wasn’t happy because I was already there at the time I supposed to pick up the necklace and the repairs are supposed to be done I demanded my necklace back the jeweler that supposedly had it was in the store dropping off other items for that the store itself probably for other people hopefully they weren’t ripped off like I was. I was giving it an excuse that FedEx didn’t come or some BS about how he couldn’t about how he didn’t have my necklace thoroughly unsatisfied I came back later in the day to pick it up because I demanded it back I brought the scale with me and it weighed 77.8 g for 2 g less than when I dropped it off I was told that it was not touched in anyway but it was obviously a little shinier so he had to of done at least some...

The jewelry is good quality, and I love the engagement ring I chose for my wife—she loves it too. That said, I do wish I had shopped around more beforehand, as I found similar rings at other stores for significantly lower prices after making my purchase.

We also had to get the ring resized. The first resizing was complimentary, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it still didn’t fit. The second resizing cost us $300, which felt steep.

Overall, my experience was ok. I did get the ring I wanted, but I couldn't help feeling that the company is very profit-focused instead of customer service focused—which, to be fair, is common these days. My advice: take your time, compare prices, and do your research before...
