I’ve lost $160 Kohls cash I last night always call cash should I get management to give me credit that they just one they told me to call credit card company to see if they can help me the credit card company tell me that manager of the store could have done it. I still like Khols and the great prices but this is the manager of the manager can really help me out I feel let down by the management other than that they have great service when I still keep going back I just feel hurt that I Lost all that money. Read moreAwful! The Sephora department is plain awful. I went in because my little one got a $40 dollar GC seems all their registers don’t work. Paid for it and computer froze and they made me change registers and my GC showed 0 balance and they just saw it had an amount. Refused to give me the stuff purchased or a new GC had me wait almost one hour while they discussed amongst themselves what they think is wrong. I explained and so did one of the associates that the card had X amount of money and they still decided to say they can’t override it. Made me wait longer. They said they can’t do anything unless it clears. They expected me to leave I suppose and just give the GC to Sephora. 😆 complete disaster of management. No one could do the simple solution. Read moreI made an in-store purchase today because I wanted to use my 2 coupons that are going to expire on Monday 2/17/25 and my $10 kohls cash from my account. I mentioned this to the cashier, she scanned the code from my phone and while she was doing her job, she was talking to someone on the phone. She was saying “I am going for a walk, do you want to come with me”? That's what she said to the person on the other line. She was not paying attention, and using her phone while doing her job and this is bad. I paid for my clothing using my Kohl's card and when I got home checking all the receipts of my purchases today, I noticed that she didn't even use any of the coupons in my account. And this is so disappointing because the coupons are going to expire in 2 days. How are these people gonna make this right now?? Their staff needs to be oriented.
