Turner's Outdoorsman-Corona — Local services in Corona

So yesterday I went to Turner's in Chino Hills to buy some Remington 22LR 1400 round bucket that is on sale for $100, I wanted to buy one or two buckets before the 11% tax increase, the employee told me they just sold the last one, so I went to the Corona location since it was the closet and so I called, and they had 5 buckets left. so, I went down there, and I totally forgot to bring my passport since I don't have a real I.D., the gentlemen who helped me said that they can put a ticket on the two buckets and will put them in the back of the store until I come back with the proper paperwork. so today things turned no so okay, I went to the store and waited for my number to be called, I was helped by the same employee who helped me yesterday, I told him I have a ticket and he looked up my info using my turner's discount card and he saw in the computer that I have a ticket. So instead of going to the back of the store, he went to the shelves where they display all of their ammo, which I find very strange giving there are no more buckets on the shelves since I already looked when I entered the store, he came and told me that they don't do tickets on ammo because his manager told him yesterday they don't do put a hold on ammo for customers and they are all out of the buckets, so in my head, I wasted time, gas, money and putting miles on my car just for employee to tell me he made a mistake and couldn't bothered to a least call or ask if they can put tickets on ammo. he was kind enough to show me other ammo they have in stock but I said I really wanted the bucket, so I got my things and left...

TURNERS YOU SHOULD HAVE A “ WHITES ONLY SIGN” based off the BAD reviews they all have Latino last names! Check out the bad reviews people!! Latinos only complaining not the other people! I’m not one for reviews but this must be said! Worst customer service ever! So sad that turners let us down! We had the worst experience since the moment we walked in! We were initially helped by Joshua with horrible customer service! We were depending on turners for our families safety! We went to pick up our gun and they did not have it after 1 month! They did not have a reasoning only something about the serial number and the paperwork being wrong! Yet everyone else there were picking up their guns with no issues! The manager was of no help. He offered to sell us the display gun for $100 less! Umm NO! We did everything right as everyone else and did not get our gun! If I could give this turners a 0 I would!!! We drove about 2 hours to get there! They didn’t even have the courage to call and inform of this! Horrible place! Now I see why they have such bad reviews! We felt very discriminated since the day we went in as we are Hispanics! We saw them treat all other races with such great customer service but not us! We won’t be retuning to this horrible place! Love the store. Love the knowledge. Sad I will not be a customer there. Tried one time to purchase a gun. At the end. TURNERS DID NOT want to give me my purchase due my background being “ undetermined”. I totally understand. Went to another gun store got my gun, happy with it. Same response from DOJ at that store “undetermined “ (For the new people there’s 3 options. APPROVED, DENIED or UNDETERMINED) if it’s “undetermined “ ANY gun store legally CAN GIVE YOU the gun. Funny part is ,I wasn’t even buying a “whole gun” at TURNERS It was only the trigger piece. LMFAO. Got my new S&W “ (the whole gun) at another gun store company. I’m buying many more guns as I enter the gun world. They have a life long customer now. Cause I know I’ll get my baby’s. I wish I could at turners. As a company I hope they change their policy. This review is so customer save their background fee, restocking fee and other fees. At turners. This is a company policy.
