(PLEASE READ THIS ALL) “side note” (my car has been running amazing since i got it months ago and not once has broke down on me just keep that in mind while reading this) I came in thursday morning to drop my car off to get the four speakers replaced, and get my apple car play system installed. they called me to pick up my car and i paid and then as i was leaving in my car it turned off right as i was about to turn out, who i think was the owner came out and asked me if i needed help i said yes and he had a worker come help me push it back into a parking spot. me and the worker tried jumping it and it didn’t work, he was about to be off the clock so i told him it was okay and he could leave if he wanted, so he did. i called for help and my girlfriends dad came to help me we tested the battery wasn’t that we tested the alternator wasn’t that we tested the spark wasn’t that. as we were checking the fuses i had a good feeling it had to be something with wiring. we left it in their parking lot over night and the next morning we came in and asked about what they did, i was hoping he would show me how and where they wired everything but he didn’t, after giving a small explanation he then claimed they had nothing to do with it (he lied) i had to get it towed to a shop. when i got my car back they explained to me that the fuel pump relay wire had be knocked out of place, now before i go any further, keep in mind no one has been in my car for the past month except for me and I don’t even know where that wire is. so they definitely had something to do with it. whether or not they knew about it they didn’t try and help and gave a poor explanation of what they did. which caused me to have a very hard time diagnosing it at first. the one (kinda) good thing about this time i had here is the apple car play is awesome and the reverse camera is very useful, the speakers are okay kinda a little underwhelming considering the price point but they are better then what i had last. all in all in my experience the work ethic here is a little lazy (in my experience) i don’t know how it’ll go for whoever is reading this but i hope it helps you make your decision. have a good day. (response to owner) i understand driving an old car things can fail all the time but that’s the thing this car may be old but it’s pristine nothing has EVER failed on it no matter what that’s how i knew it was you guys and like i said if it was by mistake you guys denying it and still denying shows your lazy work ethic at the least you could’ve took it back in and looked over what you did again to try and fix it but no i had to go take it to a shop which by the way this probably the best shop in corvallis anytime i couldn’t fix something in any of my cars they could and if you would like to call them it’s auto tech although they only charged me 75 dollars i still had to go outta my way and pay to fix your mistake and about the speakers it’s mainly upsetting because i was told on the phone it would be 500 which is how much i had on the gift card i received so i was like oh that’s perfect but when i came it to pay i was charged a...
Read moreI do not recommend this place. I went in December to get my radio fixed and they messed up my taillights, and console lights. When I went in to address the issue with them they denied ever touching the fuses when clearly they were touched. So I took it into the car dealership to where I had to pay for the inspection due to audio files mistakes and found out that they did indeed messed with them. The dealership then confronted them and audio files lied to the dealership. I do not recommend them. 0/10 worst experience I’ve ever had at any place. Edited response to owner: I appreciate the response but you’re wrong. If I didn’t take my car to you guys, the lights would have still worked. It’s true that you replaced the fuse right in front of me but of course that didn’t work. You guys can only deny that nothing was your fault. After asking you guys to fix it you didn’t, until I had to take extraordinary measures with the dealership. Either way you guys messed something up but in reality you had to be forced to fix it. And yet you still deny touching the fuses and or the harness. Either way you didn’t tell me the full truth and didn’t fix my radio right the first time. By the way I bought the car with a faulty radio because I thought I would get it fixed by professionals, but apparently that’s not the case here. Yes, you guys aren’t mechanics, but if you don’t know what would mess up a car after installing a radio that should have been a little easy to do considering it is what you do on a daily basis, that really explains your guys’ work ethic. Still your fault, still your problem, and still...
Read moreI do not recommend and warn you against this place. The owner also bashes customers if they complain. I was nothing but nice to them and he started yelling as soon as we walked in because we dared question their ethics. Nobody was happy with their service and we actually felt conned. So be careful of this business that bashes every single negative review always making it a fault of the customer and has also turned off reviews on social media so folks can't see it if they look for it there. Asked for a tint removal and came to pick up the car to find they put a tint on and want to charge $120 more than was agreed upon. When we asked why this was done they admitted their mistake but told us they can't take it off now because it just got put on and that they'll "give us a great deal" and still charge us more. First they said they'd charge only $15 more but then ran the card for $75 more. Insane. We went back in to talk to them and asked for the manager and were told he can't be reached. So we went back in a third time and the owner was there and immediately started arguing with us, telling us it was our mistake at that point and because his employee was nice it was ok that he was manipulating us. He raised his voice even. I cannot believe the treatment we got as paying customers at this place. NEVER EVER go if you value being treated fairly and with...
