Edit: the owner called my personal phone (creepy) to tell me she’ll give me a refund IF I take down my bad review and she also called me rude. Calling me rude and calling my personal phone in their call history to bribe and insult me isn’t any a good way to gain or keep customers. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Original review: Ordered pho with extra meat and extra noodles. I came here a year ago and this was my usual order when we lived here. They charged me $20 for this. I called and wanted to see if they forgot my extra meat and noodles but the girl said that’s more than they usually give. What the heck? This is what the normal amount use to be. Idk if the girl was covering her butt for failing to give me the correct amount or if they are having a hard time with cost inflation for supplies but this is absolutely not worth $20. Extremely unhappy, will certainly not be coming again if this is the case. Hand next to it for reference on how small this is. I also tipped $4 which the girl for sure didn’t deserve, I’d honestly fire someone with that nasty of an attitude. One more thing they didn’t give me...

Returning soon. I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit. I was greeted pleasantly even though it was about 30 minutes before closing, the place was really clean, and I enjoyed my takeout dinner when I got home. The foundation for my dinner, white rice, was what I would hope for and expect. Good there. The fresh vegetables were alright but it was the pickled carrots that I found particularly nice. The chicken was full of flavor, but I am one of those people who will remove fat with a fork. But some people do like that left on for added flavor. I will definitely order the eggrolls again! I am looking forward to going back and trying the fried rice, pho soup, and baguette sandwiches. I tried enough to see that this is a special spot in Corvallis that I need to revisit. I didn't have any of the issues other reviews have seemed to mention: the wait wasn't long at all and the food was all an appropriate temperature (the broth is going to get cold if you let it sit there for too long, guys...).

We tried the egg rolls (pretty great!), as well as the Everything Pho and Steak Pho. The Pho was decent, maybe about average. However, the one complaint I'd have is the bowl. The bowl itself is fine, and everything given to you in compostable which is great; but, a good portion of the hot noodles end up plastering themselves to the bottom of the bowl before you're able to add in the broth. So, you don't quite get to finish your food because it's stuck to the bowl and impossible to peel off.
