Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corvallis

Ordered 2 dollars menu Frito burritos, 1 tostada and a $2.49 soft steak taco. When we received the order the steak taco was less than 1\2 the size of the $1.00 Frito burrito. Took it to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable and to give it to the manager for lunch. They threw it away and did not offer to make good on it. We got our receipt went back to the counter and asked to speak with the manager. They did not want to make good on it so we raised our voices just loud enough for the other customers to hear and told them How disgraceful it was that they would attempt to serve something less than 1/2 the size of a $ 1.00 burrito for 2 and 1/2 times the price. They started making excuses about new people being in training. I watched them make it. It was the manger who made it. They finally made good and remade it. We were congratulated by several customers for standing our ground and not accepting sloppy service or being ripped off. I work right next door at highland bowl and i decided to come in and get some food before my shift started tonight. my girl stays at home with our 2 daughters so i picked them up something too. I rarely go to this taco bell because i have had issues before but this time you won’t see me or some of my co workers again. i Spent over $20 to not get anything i ordered for myself lol. i get the cheap stuff too, nothing difficult in the slightest. as i pulled up, the only thing said was “thanks for choosing taco bell”… i didn’t know if he was interrupted by a customer and needed a sec, or if he just wasn’t on the screen and ready so that was awkward. for the record i was the only car in line when i finished ordering. no one behind, no one in front, and the lobby didn’t look that full to me. so i really have no idea what the issue was. i am never one that will correct a fast food place, i dont want my food spit in, so now im going to work my shift hungry:):) thanks taco bell. 2 bean and rice burritos had your employees too stressed...

This location is notorious for messing up your oder every time but dear lord.. my boyfriend and I came here 4 days ago, and I needed time to process what happened. Not only did they hand us the wrong order but when they gave us the "correct" oder it was a disaster. I got a large nacho fry, but they didn't bother to fill the cheese cup more than 1/4 of the way. Yes, 1/4th. I also got a cheese quesadilla and asked to add nacho cheese in it. There were MAYBE 10 singular shreds in the whole thing. And here's the kicker. I opened up my beefy 5 layer burrito and my boyfriend JUMPED off the couch because he thought out dog was pooping all over the next room. Was she? Nope. That was the smell of my BURRITO.
