Firstly, If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. I grew up in Phoenix my whole Life. I’ve spent 40 years there, and have been in some of the best Cigar spots around…..So “They” say. I went in Galina with zero expectations, and came out blown away by the young guy working there. He was extremely knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service adroitness. My expirence with Galina and the team they have here was absolutely superb. I came in knowing nothing about cigars and they were so helpful and friendly I felt like I was part of the family. Adam and his wife even took the time to show me how to properly light a cigar outside on the patio. I met these incredible individuals a while back at an event for small businesses and immediately hit it off. Learned about silver and gold in the market and the urgency with having some on hand, made quite a bit of money with the rolling times and have more for a rainy day!
