Rally House Metro Crossing — Local services in Council Bluffs

Solid selection of Iowa team gear. Joe, behind the register was pleasant to interact with. Could do WITHOUT all the Nebraska items. For a store located in Iowa, cant agree with seeing all of the Nebraska or Creighton items. I understand Council Bluffs is directly adjacent to Omaha, Nebraska...but shoppers have PLENTY of places to find that stuff in Omaha.

One suggestion......the whole world isnt filled with men who wear XL or smaller. There are some men who require a bigger size! 98% of the clothing in the store will not fit me. Very disappointing that sizes barely reach 2x in the store. My suggestion, ditch all the Nebraska & Creighton items, and replace that with larger sizes of Iowa gear. I suppose you can throw a little bit of Iowa State stuff in there as well. They have a couple of fans...

My boyfriend came into the store and bought a t shirt for himself while I waited in the car with our puppy. He also picked one out for me but asked if he could buy it and take it out to the car for me to see . And return ir if it was not right. She then asked for an email. He does not have one. She said she would not be able to exchange or refund without an email. That was their policy. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. He did buy his shirt but we will not be going back to that store. By the way this was done...

The selection is good and the prices are a bit high- but fair. The girl checking us out was very nice however another worker there was frankly obnoxious. He was a teenage boy and was throwing a football around with some friends visiting. They were wearing America gear and began discussing their dislike of liberals and other political ideas in the middle of the store. It made for a very uncomfortable guest experience. The lack of professionalism really turned me off from shopping again. Work is not the time or...
