I highly recommend this wonderful gift store in Coupeville, Washington. The customer service is excellent. When visiting Coupeville in the summer, I saw a map of the Puget Sound region on display for sale. It was only later in the fall that I realized it would be the perfect gift for my daughter. I don't live on the island so I called and spoke with a shopkeeper. She was able to sell it to me over the phone and then she created a special foam mailing tube to fit it and mailed it to me. I'm shocked people said the service here was bad. The lady and her dog were SO NICE! We came during off season, so I'm not sure if they have a play in that. We purchased a wind chime, and my boyfriend commented he was planning to ship it to his mom, and the lady made sure to grab a box and wrapped it nicely so it won't break during transit. She was so nice and talked to us about Whidbey, the weather, and how the island can get so busy during peak season. I love it here. It’s been in Coupeville for many years. People have said that the owner can be ruled and even called the police on teens that were only shopping. I can say this- if the owner thought they were shop lifting she would definitely call the cops. It’s hard to run the store alone and she never would be a ruled person that I’ve seen in all these years.
