Ive been getting my nails done for years at many many different nail salons due to constantly being on the road for work traveling, and this place by far has been my all time favorite go-to for any of my nail needs! From the moment you walk into the door, your greeted with a smile and a welcome, the salon doesn't have that knock you in the face strong acetone smell that leaves you gasping for air the entire time and leaving with a massive migraine, very short waiting times compared to other spas, the selection of brands and colors to choose from is extensive (I am very picky and usually supply my own candy pink color) the manicurist are very professional and pay great attention to detail which does NOT go unnoticed, and the variety of services offered are very affordable and fairly priced which is rare for a high quality salon. I WISH I could give this review 0 stars. I am so upset about how my nails came out. First things first I scheduled a few days prior for an appointment for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure at 4pm. I got there and was immediately told to quickly pick out my color and to go to my seat. A little rude but ok… I sat for about 25 minutes as she was doing my nails, her 4:30 appointment walked in. She rushed to finish my acrylics like she was running out of time? Then I was told to wash my hands and go to another spot so a different person could paint my nails? I showed the picture that I wanted (a black French tip) and this was done rushed as well. I would also like to add that the color that was done was brown instead of black like I requested. First time going to this place and I can guarantee it will be my last. The girl that works up front set the tone. She told me to pick a color, I asked if she had a color chart and she told me to go get it myself. Like I know where it’s at. I should’ve left them. The lady that did my pedicure told me I looked tired, hell I put makeup on and everything. She cut me twice and acted pissed off at me bc I said it hurt. Then on to the nails. I should’ve know better. Needless to say she didn’t charge me for my nails. I didn’t asked not to be charged so apparently she knew they were terrible. The place was not clean and there were employees sleeping in chairs so they have time to clean. They are also extremely unprofessional and rude. I certainly don’t...
