Mr. Doughtry, this was a horrible experience. My wife & I walked in hungry, and we chose your restaurant. We had no issues being seated, but upon the first server (gentleman with glasses) who came up fairly promptly, we asked if it was possible to go sit outside. It was really hot inside, and it was pretty outside. He said that was no problem, just take our menus and silverware with us, and he'd have someone out there in a few minutes (why he couldn't continue taking care of us, I have no idea). Upon entering the outside area, there was one other couple sitting with their drinks. I'll put it to you plainly, the couple sitting there left the restaurant because no server had came back, and it took them 20 minutes to just get drinks, and your staff got them wrong. They mentioned that they only got an hour for lunch, and left the restaurant with no food order. We still had not got anyone to come outside to merely acknowledge us to just get drink orders after 15 minutes of waiting. Finally, a HOSTESS named Danielle asked if anyone had taken care of us yet, and we said nope. She became our server. She took our drink orders, and our food orders since we had ample time to find out what we wanted, and brought it to the back. We didn't get drinks for another 15 minutes, and I honestly didn't expect it from Danielle, since she was a hostess. So, I walked to the bar area to ask the bartender for two sweet teas since my pregnant wife of nearly 40 weeks was needing something to drink. She said she would bring it out to us. Oh by the way, during all of this, the waitress named Katy apparently was the one waiting on the other couple, and much to her frustration, found that the couple had left, and she failed to even acknowledge our presence, even being a few tables away. Danielle brought our food, but had to go back for ranch, celery, and ketchup. My boneless wings were more bread than anything, several of the wings had ZERO chicken in them. We ate, and paid Danielle for the meal. She was outstanding, and she should be commended for taking initiative in taking care of customers when your servers failed to. My suggestion? Don't have an outside area open if you don't have your staff give attention to it properly. We were completely disappointed in our visit, and are even more disappointed that Buffalo Wild Wings continues to go up on their prices. Read moreI’d put a zero stars if i could. We weren’t the only table looking around for our server(s). This place has gotten worse from an initial bad experience. We’ve tried a hand full of times whenever we’re close by, I’m done with this BWW, I’d rather drive all the way out to Gulfport just for descent service or hot food. Tonight, We got there about 430 pm didn’t get food until 630pm (we switched our order to-go it took so long), seated immediately, which was a first. But our food didn’t come out until 620- Cheese curds appetizer and kids tenders took over 30 minutes to appear when it was practically dead inside, maybe 10 tables (mostly bar area) sat so less than 1/8 full. We finished 2 tall beers and our son ate his food (which came out cold) well before we asked our “adult” order to go- because it was well over an hour. Redeemed points for everything, minus 4 beers, somehow from $90- our bill was still over $50 (each beer was over $12?)so that was ridiculous. We lost points for nothing. Tonight all the servers disappeared into back of house for 15-20 minute intervals. Apart from the girl with glasses. Leaving everyone looking around for their servers, repeatedly. I walked halfway into the kitchen before the bar guy? Stopped me and asked who i was looking for, but still took 10 minutes for our server to appear . For the first time ever we did not receive the print out with the new total breakdown after points were applied before the bill- don’t go here, unless you’re willing to wait over 20-30 minutes to wait for drinks to arrive, and all servers will disappear then all re- appear to make one round, and disappear again. Tonight was the last straw it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE, by far we have ever had at any BWW location, terrible service, cold food brought out to the tables, absent staff, and even with a nearly empty building NFL semi finals blaring to the point where you could not here the person sitting next to you 6 inches away without yelling. Read moreHusband and I visited last night..Walked in and finally acknowledged and seated..We waited a good minute before our waitress came to the table for drinks..When she came realized she was also bartending and had a big table plus they kept giving her tables..We had to ask a gentleman for refill of drink, when she got my refill of sweet tea I was brought unsweetened tea thankfully I could mix the 2 of what I had left in my glass didn't see her again until bringing boxes and threw receipt on table as stated have a good night and ran to another table..I took receipt up to cashier young lady there asked if I wanted to close out I stated yes. She informed me she couldn't do it and asked whom my waitress was I stated the bartender she told me to go find her and let her know..I went back to my table at this point I've been nice the whole night but now I have to do there job, I don't think so..I go to the bar when see she's back behind there. She's waiting and chatting at same time with others which is fine. She walks by me and proceeds to go to other tables etc..I go up and sit by register. Another lady comes from back and officer is waiting also she asked him could she help him, he looked at me due to I was there first. I told him no he could go I've been waiting all night..I explained yall have bartender running around here trying to take care of all these tables with a big table of 8-12 we had to suffer a good experience which could have had someone helping her make sure her tables had what they needed..I asked for the manager several times all the girl wanted to do was take my money at that time..She informed he told her to go ahead but too busy to come out from behind to take care of a customer complaint but wanted that money..I was told managers name was Chris, I left after that pissed because service is normally on point..I'm a manager also and I should have been discounted something for the service received..I wasn't asking for FREE because food was good..I hope they get...
