I found this page when I looked up “balayage” on google and I decided to book with Megan B. It was super easy to make an appointment without calling and the confirmation was quick. And so let me just say, best decision ever! I never had a balayage done before so I didn’t quite know what to ask for but I showed her 2 inspo pics and she NAILED it! She did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and it came out perfect! She was so nice to chat with and I felt relaxed the whole time. And yes I will say, BEST shampoo/condition of my life!!! The salon was also so cute and inviting, the chairs were really comfortable and the music was great. I am 9 months pregnant and Megan pampered me so nicely, I feel like a new person! My first experience back in January was wonderful. I loved it so much, I made a second appoint. I arrived at 11 am for my appointment. I was greeted with a friendly face, she immediately let my stylist know I was there. I then waited for over 30 minutes before someone else came and offered to help me. I understand things happen and some clients take longer then others, but the stylist could have kept me informed and/or at least acknowledged my existence. I'm sorry but I just can't recommend this place. I went for a haircut a year ago and my hair still hasn't grown back right. I asked for a little length off, layers, and side bangs. The lady cut off a ton of length and my bangs were so short she couldn't even style them and then she actually asked me to do it and handed me the curling iron. I also tried getting my brows waxed and it took a whole hour for a simple wax. Still morning the loss of my length 12...
