Last weekend I spent $150 on a new vape and accessories, and they told me I had 30 days to return the mod if anything was wrong with it. I bought two bottles of premium juice to use with my new mod and tried it out over the next few days. It didn’t take long before I realized a pretty major mechanical issue with the mod, but because I don’t live near this store, I waited until the following weekend to return it. Seeing as I had just bought it the previous weekend and the same guy was working as when I bought it, I didn’t think I would have any issues returning it. Took my device in and asked for exact replacement tank. Spent $40.00 on to find out later they did not even fit my device. Tried to take back and was told since I asked for tank instead of pod, there was no refund but did give me 2 pods at $5.00 value ea. She confirmed with another guy no refunds. Got home to find these pods did not fit the PNP coils. Will not be back. Ripped me off of $40.00. The first time I went in, there was a very knowledgeable guy that helped me and took the pod out of box and explained the difference between it and the one I had. Ended up liking it better than the original and thought I found a new supplier. She even held my device and looked at it and still sold me the wrong parts but because I asked for tank instead of pod, I lose. So, I came in the other night on my way home from grabbing groceries. Kind of in a rush to get in and out. I was greeted immediately where I explained my history with different vapes. I wanted to try quitting smoking, and while the POP disposable vapes were really convenient, they aren’t cost efficient in the long run.
