Bargain Junction — Local services in Covington

I do NOT recommend purchasing from Bargain Junction.

For reference I own a discount store and have purchased dozens of truckloads from many suppliers during my time in the industry.

I found Bargain Junction on Facebook, and was interested. After reading many reviews and doing my due diligence I decided to contact them and inquire about purchasing a truckload. The first truckload I purchased (of 3 total) was 24 pallets of Amazon mediums and smalls. I sent the wire, only to be told multiple business days later that the load was no longer available and that I could either choose from a different truckload or receive my money back. I chose another load that wasn’t as good as the one originally promised, as we were already out the time and money. It ended up being “OK” (at best).

Our second load was the Amazon bulk. We were told it was out 1 to 2 weeks but we agreed to purchase. This load was multiple weeks later than promised, and was missing 2 pallets. The merchandise was again lackluster, but on the lower end of things. We were told that we would be credited for said missing pallets but never received it. This left little profit to be made, and a large inconvenience.

Our 3rd and worst truckload was a new merchandise Walmart load. We were purchasing this load to open our new location with, and she knew how important it was for us to receive good merchandise in a timely manner. When talking with Kelly about the load, we explicitly asked if there would be any bulk or repeat merchandise. She promised that there would be great merchandise, lots of small appliances, and a big variety. Stating that we wouldn’t see much repeat merchandise, and that it was one of her BEST sellers. Oh boy. We received the shipment 4 weeks later than promised, and it was absolutely abysmal. Hundreds of cheap childrens plate sets. Hundreds of the same cheap dog toys, 800 of the same backpacks, and hundreds of Christmas bows, there was more but I will spare you the details.

We also purchased multiple pallets of personal hygiene products in which they so kindly included hundreds of expired toothpastes and health products.

When confronted, we were told that this is just “part” of the business. She offered to sell the backpacks for us, at a LOSS. The only compensation offered was a free 30 minute “consultation”. It was just one of the owners, Zack, asking unimportant questions, and telling us basic things that anyone with a month of experience in liquidation already knows. During a civil conversation with Kelly’s husband, one of the owners, he starting getting EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, even hurling personal insults at one point.

This company is extremely inconsistent, dishonest, and unprofessional. Even their best product is mediocre at best, their margins are extremely slim, and if you need a truckload within the next month you’re SOL. I highly recommend going to Bargain Junction if you're looking to purchase pallets of merchandise. They have a huge selection of goods from Amazon and Walmart. The staff is very helpful especially the owners. The first time we went there for a pallet, he walked us through the whole process and gave us alot of advice. The Amazon pallets are a great price and the products on the pallet are also good. There's definitely alot of money to be made off every pallet. This is the only place I buy my inventory from for my ebay store. Absolutely great staff and great products. The service you get when you go is by far the best. I've been to other locations for pallets, but they don't have the same quality of products like Bargain Junction. The best part is that you can purchase pallets as they arrive and you can have a wide range of pallets to chose from. I had really bad experience in here I buy a 8 fee pallet I pay 599. And all boxes is empty packing paper . Literally all 90% 1 bag say heavy inside dog food , 1 say heavy and big umbrella, broken item , one bag is large inside is a food thermostat 1 very large bag inside plastic measure for clother for all pallet yes 10 item good not return my money back value arrow 25 , 45 on Amazon any one look like return this is not my first pallet purchase , I know what I am talking about.
