Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet — Local services in Covington

I visited Woodstock Outlet (Covington location) on several occasions when in need of living room furniture! Initially I knew exactly what I wanted .. but the more I visited, the more uncertain I felt!! Ms India (sales consultant) patiently walked through setups each time I’d stop in for a visit, thinking I’d come to a final answer, only to hedge on my purchase. Once I voiced my hesitation, she referred me to Ms Jenna ( In Home Design Services), who provided ideas, options & decorating hints (all her services were complimentary). I had never been offered such a service & a bit nervous about what would occur. She visited my home, asked me lots of questions about my vision, needs, room usage, my budget, etc. as well as took measurements & went back to the office & created an amazing vision for my living room with my interests in mind! It was so well thought out & so much more interesting than anything I had envisioned in my head! It served as a great “jumping off place”! Some ideas I could immediately use while others will come into play in the future! Once I returned to the store following the creation of my “vision board”, the ideas still flowed and we were able to come up with a solid, workable plan for a room that I’m already able to enjoy! I appreciate everyone’s assistance in getting me to the final point. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase; everyone always followed my lead in decision making & im Confident I’ll return to WFO when I’m ready to upgrade...

Our AWESOME experience started on February 8, 2025. My husband and I had purchased a 75” television which needed a little finesse after being mounted on the wall. So, we purchased a console table to consolidate stereo equipment and other items. The new table now looked out of place with existing furnishings. So, in trying to locate/purchase a matching end table and a cocktail table, we discovered the items were being discontinued. We were on a mission to complete the look of the entertainment area and learned Woodstock Furniture and Mattress Outlet (Covington, Ga) had them in stock!!! Our salesperson, India, texted with me from 2:09PM until the completion of the purchase at 6:09PM. Who does that THESE days???!!! Store manager, Cassandra Beach, confirmed the integrity of the purchase via FaceTime chat. India followed up with us the following week to confirm our satisfaction with our purchase. Only thing left to say is that they were superbly PHENOMENAL with their care of the purchase.

That’s not all folks! Remember, these items are being discontinued. So we drove 3.5 hours to pick them up at the Acworth, Ga location. We arrived at 3:18PM and were loaded/leaving at 3:23PM!!! This is a christian business that prays together before starting their work day. We need more like them everywhere!! My 81 year old mother purchased furniture from Tracy Moon and I have to say her experience was phenomenal. Tracy and the staff at Woodstock furniture were extremely helpful in explaining all the details to my mother. And the delivery process was flawless! When they delivered the furniture, they were on time, we were updated throughout the day as to the specific time of their delivery and the gentleman were very professional and courteous. I was late getting there, but when I walked in, I saw my mother sitting comfortably on the couch while the delivery men did everything to meet her satisfaction. I was comforted in the fact that my mother did not have to get up or lift a finger as these gentlemen we’re happy to assist in handling the set up and placement of the furniture for my mom. Something as small as that goes along way for me as I was concerned that my mother would be nervous about the whole delivery process but to my surprise, she was extremely happy, as was I.
