We have stayed here at the Embassy Suites; before. This pass weekend our visit, was not enjoyable. For 20 plus years, we have celebrated Christmas by doing a Mother/Daughter weekend at a hotel, in honor of our Mother, Grandmother; and Great Grandmother. Christmas was our Mother's favorite holiday. There was only 6 carts for a hotel with 260+ rooms. We missed the first night of Happy Hour; because no carts were available. Customer service was not up to par. Basically, they were not concerned. We booked 2 nights. It was very expensive (no discounts were available). We were told, because of a Wedding going on and people were there for the Bengals game; they were not doing discounts, because the Hotel was full???? Never heard of such an excuse.. I am a Hilton Honors Member, an AARP Member. Were we being punished because we weren't a part of these groups? Between the rooms and parking, we paid...

More than 12 serious issues, none of which were my fault, while I was refunded some money, it was incredibly ridiculous that this hotel can still function.... I'll add photos also under the "Embassy Suites by Hilton" in Covington, OH, so you can also see the status of the rooms with water damage, rusting faucets, peeling wallpaper, and lack of cleaning between guests. I probably wouldn't put that on the workers, I'm betting they have a lot to put up with are aren't supplied correctly to do their jobs...
