I am really disappointed. I have used Phipps twice previously for business cards and went in with a design change for a new order. I showed Matt what I wanted and he said he did not think he could do that but he would let me know for sure later in the afternoon. I did subsequently receive an email from him stating he indeed could not do it the way I had it planned. I replied stating I understood but wondered if I could come in the next day and speak with him about what I needed to change. I have been using Phipps in Covington for almost 2 years and don't plan to take my personnel or work business elsewhere. I have worked closely with Matt on a lot of projects and I appreciate his attention to detail. He never assumes anything for my jobs and always confirms prior to finalizing the print job. He has been able to help me out countless times on rush orders and been able to get them to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I've been using Phipps Reprographics both professionally and personally for at least a decade at their Scott Street location in Covington. They give the same amount of detailed attention to plat maps and construction maps as they do my daughter's kid birthday invitations (yes, they've happily printed them), or brochures for my small side business. No job is too big or too small, communication is friendly, offering suggestions, asking questions as to how you'd like to see something, and the turnaround time is incredible as well as pricing.
