I’m just truthfully sad. I placed an order for a preorder item that I was extremely excited for and when I purchased it via Apple Pay, the wrong address was automatically put in (which was my fault, I understand) but the address was in New York with someone I no longer have access to so I emailed asking them to change my address. I didn’t get a reply so I emailed again because I didn’t get a reply. I asked them to change the address to the billing address and they told me they would. (This was back in March) I was so excited. Come to find out, they never actually made the note like the email stated because it still went to New York and is just floating around. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times asking for help, it’s now July and it’s a ghost town. I paid $50 for these pajamas which may seem like it’s not a lot but for someone who budgets and only buys herself something here and there, it is. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication. I’m simply being ignored. Which makes it even worse, they go on tik tok live and pack orders and literally read emails out loud. lol

I've been a fan of Gabbies since I first discovered her on tik tok, so of course I was more than excited to stop by and support her business on my boyfriend and I's road trip from Wisconsin to Tennessee. When we arrived Gabbie and her husband were there and neither of them said anything the entire time we were there, it made us both feel like we were almost intruding. I wasnt exactly sure how the print system worked and because neither of them seem interested in interacting, I just ended up buying a sticker. I wanted to support a content creator I've enjoyed, but from a local shop purchaser stand point, customer service and friendliness was lacking. I wanted to share a story about this cute store and its owner. I have a teenage daughter, and her and her friend walked up to this store and the owner was sweet enough to make a tik tok with my girls. They knew her from tik tok and were so pumped when a “verified tik toker” was in one of their videos. I thought it was so sweet of her to do with these wild 13 year old girls lol I’ve been in the store but haven’t purchased anything YET. But I will be soon, the merchandise is so cute and the owner is the sweetest. Support local businesses always but especially when the owners are kind enough to make 2 teenage girls...
