This is a long detailed post, but I had a review worthy experience and the details are needed to appreciate the great management and customer service. If you want the short version, great management, educated employees, amazing customer service. Have a good day. Here's the story tho. I took advantage of the first time 50% off sale the other day and had a great experience while I was there. Friendly and helpful staff. First time there and the first words that came to mind are how this place seemed bright, clean, classy, friendly, and empathetic. The manager was the one that rang me out at the register and was very informative on products and terpene profiles as well as very personable. He is clearly well respected by his employees as was confirmed by one while I was there who made a comment about how happy they were that this new manager started working at that location. They weren't too busy at the time that I went and we ended up having great conversation for a good 30 minutes. It was late when I got home that I noticed an issue with my receipt. Essentially, in the system, it was programmed to charge $100/unit instead of the correct $55/unit for 2 of my products, so I was charged an extra $90 on my bill, which bc of the sale totaled $45 out of my pocket. The next day I had to go back to talk to them, and the same manager was there again. They ended up giving me the $90 credit and let me choose more product to get the 50% off first time off sale. (They took all the proper steps for the camera's etc. and physically gave me the $45 cash back.) I was impressed with how knowledgeable the one employee was because when I said my favorite terpene she immediately suggested a product that had the highest count I've ever seen! So these new products I was getting totaled $110, and I had the $90 credit. Apply 50% discount the new total bill is $55. I have the $45 they just gave me back and only had $8 cash on me. As I was about to go to the ATM they have there, the manager ended up giving me $2 out of his OWN pocket because he remembered I told him the last night how far I had to travel to the Cranberry location. After calling several other dispensaries that are closer to her house trying to get information we ended up calling Trulieve and speaking to their general manager (Steve), who was extremely patient and helpful with any and all of her questions about the initial process of coming to the location, speaking to their pharmacist, and even about a 50% off deal for first time patients! She came in later the same day, spoke to a pharmacist about which products would work best for her, and Steve personally waited on her having remembered our earlier phone conversation! She said the entire staff was friendly and upbeat, the store was cleaner than most hospitals, and that the overall experience was enough to make her a dedicated customer. Can't thank you...
