Pizza iQ — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

They changed key things about their menu without noting it and think you should know their white queso mac & cheese is spicy even though it’s not mentioned anywhere. Queso is just Spanish for “cheese”! Queso is not spicy unless it has jalapeno or hot peppers in it (pic on the website shows a standard white mac, description does not mention it is spicy), but they acted like I was dumb for not assuming it’s spicy. We spent $70 on a dinner none of us wants to eat, all I asked for was the 2 Mac & cheese’s refunded because the kids couldn’t eat them and the owner offered me a $10 credit. Whatever. I spent a lot of money with them for catering on my son’s birthday and we used to come here all the time, won’t be doing that anymore.

In response to your reply, I didn’t ask for a refund on the pepperoni pizza. I just gave my feedback that it was a poor choice of update and made this pizza less appealing. I asked for a refund on the white queso mac because it is VERY spicy (it was too spicy even for me, much less a child) and not noted to be so, and the poor assumption is on your naming because in fact most queso dip is not spicy at all. We did not want the regular mac because it has bacon and shredded cheese on it. I stand by my review, and we will not be...

Classic example of how to blow a 5 star rating. I phoned and got a wonderful lady who made placing my order easy. When she heard I was at a hotel, she asked if I needed paper plates and also offered napkins. Outstanding! I would never have thought of that and was pleased that she did that much "over and above". The guy phoned me when he arrived as expected...again - great! After getting it from him, I realized, no plates and no napkins as promised. No biggy, he was probably still in the parking lot when I phoned him. He said they never gave them to him so somebody forgot to give it to him. He offered to go back to the store and get them for me but I told him not to bother, it would be cold by then. So...all in all, with the exception of the dropped ball, you are completely worthy of your 4.8 star rating - pizza was great and the people were great. Because of the dropped ball, I have to rate you below your average. If you want to trace the order, trace it to the courtyard Marriott, Saturday April 20 at 6 pm. Hope to give you another chance on my next trip.

My husband and I decided to stop in here for the first time a few months back because we needed something new and we were pleasantly surprised! We have been back 4 or 5 times since then. Food is good, the restaurant is more self service based so there isn't a ton of interaction with the staff, but every person we have interacted with so far has been very kind and helpful.

My favorite pizza so far is the mac n cheese pizza with added bacon and garlic butter drizzle! Yum. Overall, their pizza is good and reheats very well if you have leftovers.

One thing I want to mention to anyone wanting to try this place, you see "pizza" in the name and mostly only think of pizza, but PLEASE make sure to try their other food items. I've had multiple hoagies, the queso mac n cheese (yum!) and every single item I have tried so far is absolutely delicious. They have way more than just pizza to offer.

I hope this restaurant is around for a long time because I look forward to trying more and more items...
