Harbor Freight — Local services in Cranberry Township

I’m modifying my review because I feel bad being negative over one bad employee. EVERY experience I’ve had at this store has been very positive except that one. I will leave my older review below, but the people here are awesome, helpful and friendly.

My original review.

I hate leaving a negative review over one bad experience with one bad employee but I really had a poor experience the last time I was there. I don't recall the employee's name but he was an older man with short blonde hair and a mustache. Seemed to take personal insult when I decided not to make a purchase. Got rude with me and I was nothing but polite to him. I simply said I was not interested. I'm leaving two stars because I have otherwise had positive experiences in this store but...

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but, I also don’t like companies that don’t accept returns. They found it on my account but, said that it was already returned, I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have been standing at their counter. I asked for store credit instead since I was going to be doing so shopping while there and they wouldn’t offer that either so, I guess that they have lost my business, my companies business, and an annual account holder with them.
