Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

Me, my wife, and my daughter went there tonight for dinner because it was by one, get half off wings. When we sat down, it smelled like a dirty mop around the area. We ordered nachos as an appetizer in brisket on top of it, and it was literally the worst nachos we ever had. They were very dry bland if we didn't have the brisket on it, I don't think there would be anything on it. Then our wings come about a 1/2 an hour later. And she gave me the wrong wings, and my wife also got the wrong wings. She ordered hot wings and they brought her spicy garlic. She had eaten one of the wings before I had sent them back so we gave her back the 14 wings and told her they were supposed to be hot flavor. When they came out, they were the spicy garlic wings that we sent back with hot sauce dipped on top of it. We know this because there were only 14 wings on the plate when we ordered 15 lol and we could of course taste it. She didn't send it back because, honestly it tasted good. I just can't believe they would try to pull that off! Unfortunately my wife and daughter used the rest room and there was no toilet paper. I know good help is hard to find but our waitress was pretty clueless and as I can tell, by the way this place is run, the management definitely needs more training. Chicken wings , good company and football! That pretty much sums up the BWW (Buffalo wild wings) experience!

A great place for sports lovers (especially football) to watch their fav teams play while munching on some finger food and gulping down their fav beers. The place is loaded with TV screens so that you can watch from anywhere you are seated. Multiple TVs, multiple angles!

They have a lot of food items on the menu, such as burgers, fries, wings, nachos, salads etc. However, as the name suggests, they are famous for their chicken wings (with gravy or dry!)

The chicken wing flavours (both gravy and dry) are listed on the menu based on the spice level, ranging from hot to mild!

We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of the boneless wings at this location. They were a mouthful. The wings we have had at other Wild wings location were relatively smaller!

We ordered 15 wings - 5 lemon pepper, 5 Asian zing (spicy) and 5 Parmesan garlic. They were good but a little high on the salt!

Service was amazing! Daniel was our server and he was very polite, professional and quick with the service. We decided to try this BWW location for dinner as we stopped over Cranberry township on route to MD.

Great experience overall and highly recommended. PS- it can be a little loud for the kids with all the screens around. But it is definitely a kids...

This location is the worst I've ever visited with my family. We came to this location and upon arrival we were treated with poor attitude, treatment and service. Upon entering the establishment we were asked if we wanted the bar area , we told the hostess we had 2 kids and that we would rather have a table in the regular seating area. The hostess gave us attitude and told us 20 to 30 minutes for a table, so we decided to wait. A table had come open and the waitress looked and walked away from it without even touching anything and just stood and talked to one of the 2 large parties that was in her section. Upon getting seated, it took over 15 minutes for the waitress to even take our drink order, had attitude doing that. It took another 15 minutes to take our order, that's a total of 1 hour. Upon waiting over 30 more minutes even after ordering an appetizer that never arrived, we watched other tables that were sat after us receive their food. I had my wife, a 7 and 6 year with me. No one ever checked on us, the manager was running around but upon getting his attention we were shrugged off so we just decided to up and leave. We decided to go elsewhere. We will never come back to the Buffalo Wild Wings location. There needs to be alot of retraining from servers...
