Cranford Square — Local services in Cranford

In this square I visited the store , Dollar General. I go here often for non perishable foods. Is the store immaculate all the time ? No. However the products that they sell are not out of date or past expiration. I buy cereals , canned goods , microwaveable things , drinks - those kinds of things from this store. I need to be on the lookout for good deals when it comes to buying my groceries especially the non perishable items. I wish they had a larger food selection. But the the employees are very friendly...

I only went to Dollar General which has really downhill in so many ways: limited stock, too few cashiers, prices not marked, Things pushed way back on shelves so you can't see them, exit door is REALLY hard to open. Now it is temporarily closed. The rest of the Square is fine: Dunkin Donuts (only should be open later), Il Gabbiano, a great little Italian restaurant, a UPS store & another store, a cleaners? There are never any cashiers around. The store is cluttered with stuff all over the place. The self check out is always messy. The customers leave whatever they don't want right there,and all the excess receipt paper gets left behind...
