I have always enjoyed eating at this place and I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Food has always been good especially the price for all you can eat considering sushi isn’t cheap. Staff wasn’t always the best but it was tolerable. I came to eat here yesterday with my boyfriend and we arrived around 9:20pm. Place closed at 11 so we figured we’d have enough time to grab a bite and eat. Once it hit 10, one of the staff waitresses asked me and my boyfriend to pay for the stuff while we were eating (which in my opinion is very bluntly rude) we payed no problem but we figured we’d be able to order more since we still had time. They all started cleaning up, didn’t give us a heads up beforehand that we were not able to order anymore food. There was one table next to us who had asked for ice cream and even then the staff didn’t want to give it to them and it wasn’t even 11 yet and they were highly upset too! They gave us an attitude when I myself asked for some ice cream, and the whole staff had already packed up their stuff, and were all with their coats on WHILE there were still two tables inside finishing up. It was a horrible horrible experience. The level of disrespect and consideration was disgusting. When I left no tip, the staff waitress left our table with an attitude and starting to say something in their language that I’m sure was not very pleasant. As me and my boyfriend left, we waited in our car for a little and saw that the whole staff closed up their restaurant by 10:30 and left all together in their car even tho it clearly says they close at 11 on the restaurant door. Deff not worth it. They need new staff and more respectful workers to attract better clients. Never coming back here again. Read moreI have been coming to this place for years now. Order sushi for dinner tonight with my cousin. Picked it up drove home and sorted out our food to find out we were missing a roll. The lady on the phone told us we had to come back with our whole order and that they wouldn’t deliver the roll that they forgot to put in the bag. Drove all the way back there and demanded a refund of the 3 dollars for the roll for the inconvenience. The lady said no we give you this which she then handed me my bag. I let her know that they were the ones who forgot to put the roll in the bag so not only did we have to waste gas back and forth but they would not refund me the 3 dollars. The manger guy came running up after he saw me deliberating with the lady and didn’t say a darn thing. After the years of service I ever gave them I would never come back. What kind of business is that. Ridiculous. Also place is falling apart looks gross. Maybe take that 3 dollars and put it to good use then cause your benches...
Read moreWow! What a terrible expierence. I order from this place for take out AT LEAST twice a week from my work and like to enjoy a meal dine in AT LEAST once a month. After my last expierence absolutely NEVER AGAIN will I go here for anything. The rudest service you can imagine. They were upset that I had a child with me from the start. Then my child choked on food towards the end and became very upset after forcing us to cut our meal short. When I asked for the check so I can get my screaming baby out of there they said that there would charge me for everything that was not completely finished. They have NEVER done that before and now all of a sudden they are going to pull that? It's not like I was trying to cheat anyone or take food home.
