Horrible location, ignorant personnel . I had an online print order to pick up that should have took 5 minutes to run in, look at and be on my way that their staff turned into an embarrassing and lengthy scene that only served infuriate me. I entered the store with my service animal. Service animals are allowed based on their signage. Yes, this is a real - certified service dog that i service for a medical condition. She shoes me out into the rain initially refusing to give me the order pick up. She pointed to the sign on the door outside that showed service dogs OK. I points at the dog who is in a service vest and told her I needed to pick up the order or I was filing a dispute with the charge card company and going somewhere else to get the job done. She leaves me outside in the rain while she goes in to get the order. I was shocked by the rude behavior and the blasé attitude for not being ADA compliant and even pointed out their own sign. What should have been a 5 minute transaction would up being an ordeal that exacerbated my condition.. They finally decide make me wait in the rain to bring my order out. (And one of the items was wrong BTW and not laminated as they were supposed to do but because it was raining I couldn't check until I got home). To add insult to injury the woman asks if she can pet my dog because he's so cute. I am like HE IS A SERVICE DOG - NO you don't pet a service dog. So I try to call corporate to report the poor training, and unprofessionalism - they hang up on me twice when you select Option 4 to report a store for unprofessionalism.    Read moreWas home all day waiting for my package just to get a update that my package was attempted with a sticker on my door saying they were going to deliver next day, no knock or doorbell ring. According to my tracking info next day was ready for pickup at this location. Female employee immediately was rude and stated that she canât find any package with my name, I proceeded to say that I received an email that my package was ready for pickup. She then with an attitude stated pick up is after 1oclock no where does it state that in the email or the note left on the door. I asked her if the tracking Info would help her and she refused to try and be helpful just to go through the boxes on the floor exposed to other customers as well just to find my package in a unsecure area. She couldnât even apologize and continue to then state that next time my address needs to be the same address my product was delivered to which makes no sense people have packages delivered to different locations all time. Donât understand what her reason for attitude and unprofessionalism was for. Looking over previous reviews and someone mentioned the employee with the Karen hair cut was rude, guess this is just a common issue...

Not anymore, I tried shipping an item today something that I have routinely shipped (same content/packaging) and was told 3x the price as I was charged last week!
I said there must be a mistake, I've sent the same sized item to California for $14... as he was asking for $45 for the SAME item I've always shipped and this one was only headed to South Carolina.
When I asked he was not pleasant, he was trying to train a new employee and kept saying "That was the old way.." and "You must go home and repackage". When I asked him what he meant by "New & Old" he had no idea, he could not answer me why the price tripled in less than one week.
All of the employees at this store have always been wonderful but I will not return due to the Owner/Boss who I've NEVER seen before... Take your items to Westfield UPS Store where they are HONEST and will find you the best price!
