I’m not completely satisfied with my look for the money I paid. Didn’t get expected results. Some of my issues I went for still exist just less noticeable. The office staff is extremely nice, professional and the place is beautiful. This review is not to knock their business by any means. I just expected more. In order to get the look I desire could cost another $7,000 which I’m not going to continue in. I’ve just made first payment to start paying first loan off. I was told my results had to do with my age, I just wish I knew prior that I would not be able to get tight look I desired. The lip injection lasted for about 2-3 weeks. This is my review and my experience, it may not be yours, but I will not be continuing. I wish this business the very best. This is not to slander them, just my review, of which I’m entitled. The skin care products worked great, there’s a drastic change for the good pertaining to my skin. My forehead lines returned. The 11 line between my eyebrows is visible and I now have a dimple by my the corner of my left eye that I didn’t have. It’s only been a few months, I expected long term results. Their solution was more injections for more money. It should have been done right the first time. I’m just starting to pay the $7,000 I had to borrow for this. I’m on a one check a month income, I will go elsewhere, where issues you created are fixed without asking for more money. Was the worst experience. First with threads by Nat, don’t let them fool you very very painful! Put 10-PDO threads in my face that did not even work, all I got for my money was a lot of bruising and pain that lasted quite awhile. Went on to have my lips done and forehead, (Botox) doing the forehead was fine, but my lips were brutal and painful. My lips now look a little distorted and my forehead didn’t look any different! Very disappointed. To think I just handed my money to her for nothing! Over $2600. Emailed back and forth about how disappointed I was, her response, “ Does not always work on everyone and come in for a recheck. “ What, just to charge me more money for some more failed procedures, saddens me that their are people out there that are just about the money and not the care. Even though you sign the forms, doesn’t mean I read them like most people, ( would take to much time at your appointment) you think she would be honest enough to tell you these facts, I did ask what I was signing but the response was very vague. Talk about having a bad gut feeling! I felt like I was dealing with car sales people. Horrible experience I didn’t want to add more procedures and they basically lied and told me Nat was with another patient so they had to reschedule me. They kept my $200. Deposit. Also was told that if I experienced an issue after the procedure there was nothing they could do. Then the assistant told me she needed to take me in the hallway to numb my face because they needed the patient room I was in!!!! I asked what exactly is Natalie going to do and the girl left the room again. Like she didn’t know what to say and had to go ask Nadia to tell her how to answer me. It was almost comical . They need to get their sales strategy together.

Over all I felt like they didn’t care about my needs whatsoever. Nina was so lazy when she asked me to fill out a cherry credit check form she handed me her phone so I could send myself a link. Instead of entering in my information for me, I then saw all the other patients names and what they were approved for! The whole thing was sloppy and messy.
