Owner is REALLY RUDE! Every employee I've ever dealt with while buying dozens of rod/reel setups have been extremely nice. However, when i tried to buy a 100 dollar ultralight setup, and asked if he would spool the reel for me he was extremely rude and just said "no, it is what it is."
